About this cottage rental
This tranquil Cape cottage is in the perfect spot for your next vacation, with a private setting at the end of a little lane, and a winding pathway that leads directly to an uncrowded beach on the Bay featuring glorious sunsets.
One of three adorable cottages on the property, you can rent just one or all three for big family and friend getaways! The lovely, large shared yard is enclosed and shaded by trees where in the quiet you can hear the many songbirds that migrate seasonally through the area.
The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to many wonderful Cape adventures - including the National Seashore, historic lighthouses and windmills, biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, excellent restaurants, mini-golf and arcades, and much more! Wiley Pond, with its freshwater swimming and playground area, is just a short walk away. Take a short trip down-Cape and catch a double feature at the local Wellfleet drive-in movie theatre, or have a relaxing afternoon at the Truro Vineyards. The excitement of Provincetown is just a half-hour drive away, where you can explore the shops and hit the piers for whale watching or deep sea fishing.
Each cottage sleeps up to four guests with two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two twin beds - and a futon in the living room. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Or you can grill out with the charcoal barbecue and enjoy your meals outside at the picnic table. WiFi is also standard, with a TV and DVD player available in the living room.

Returned to the property again this year! Everything was wonderful. Can’t beat the location! Very happy and hope to return again next year!

You really cant beat the location, unless you're actually beach front. The cabins are very quaint and are close together. We had one neighbor who was great and friendly and one who had a mess all over common yard and kids were kicking soccer balls against the fence and looking in the windows.
The cabin was small and tight exactly as described and was cozy. The one we rented did not have a microwave and only three plates and bowls, which was odd. So we just bought paper plates.
It did rain the entire time we were there unfortunately but you can’t help that lol. The front door needs weather stripping under it since the rain came right in and the bathroom window was only a screen with no glass or curtains or that window or the kitchen which directly faces the out her cabin.
It did have ants and there was sand still all over at checkin. I might suggest adding some additional hooks and shelves around since space is tight and there are no closets. Garbage was only picked up on the Saturday and not in the middle week as stated.
You do have to bring your own sheets (which is not a big deal) and there is TV and DVD player. The TV is app based and you have use your own login and there was no workable remote for the DVD player so we couldn’t figure that out (could be user error lol)
I absolutely would stay again if I could get a group together to occupy the other two cabins and maybe bring a fan to fight the damp/humidity. Like I said you can’t beat the location.

This was our 7th year staying at the newly renamed Seaglass cottages. Very clean, and a lot of new improvements! Excellent location. Booking with Eric was simple, and he was helpful from start to finish! We can’t wait for our 8th trip back!

I have been renting these little cottages since I was a young child. The family is wonderful- very attentive to any concerns. I am so happy to keep the traditions alive in Eastham. The cottage is very cozy and small. A short walk to the beach and short drive to many fund places. Updates have been done making it beachy theme.

Tidy cabin, great location walking distance to favorite bay beach. Fun for groups since there are 3 cabins close together
