They but us in a handicap accessible room. I don’t have a problem with that except this room had a shower that was so poorly ill conceived that taking a shower meant flooding the bathroom floor. When I called to Bring this the the front desk’s attention they explained that they were aware of this defect and that they were hoping to fix it in the future. They sent up 2 extra towels to our room to soak up the water in the floor. I can’t imagine what someone who is handicapped would do. When I asked for another room they said they were fully booked. I will never stay in that hotel again. The builder who designed this shower should be sued. The hotel management should be embarrassed.

Very disappointed in the options at the food court. Most places were closed, only 2 options available during dinner time. Pizza was not even available.

Hotel had lots of great amenities. The casino of course, lots of great restaurants, a Starbucks and an arena. We stayed in a suite on the top floor. The price was a bit outrageous but it was the only room left and we booked last minute. It was a typical casino hotel room. It was beautiful and comfortable. BUT….the hotel entrance is not clearly marked. We drove around the casino/hotel for 10 mins looking for the hotel entrance before parking, walking and entering at the wrong place. The security said it happens to everyone. They said there is no markings to let people know where the entrance is. So back to the car we went, to do another drive around to look for the entrance to the hotel again. Even when we found it, the reception was not marked and we had to ask if we were in the correct place. The reception workers said it’s a terrible set up and more often than not people can’t find the check in area. Several people in the elevator were also talking about it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at the casino resort. The machines payed. We ate at 3 of the restaurants and they were all good. We will definitely return, and be less frustrated next time with our check in now that we know where to go!

Upon check-in our room was upgraded. We were on the top floor in a suite that included kitchen facilities with a full size fridge, microwave, sink and cupboards. The rest of the area had a pull out couch, 4 chairs, a large coffee table and a smaller table. There were 2 bathrooms. One full one that had 2 sinks, a separate shower from the tub and an enclosed toilet room. Suite was wonderful.

overall was decent, but for a "resort" i would expect higher end finishes. Bathroom fixtures were starting to get worn out which is crazy considering the age of the place. Overall it was clean, but there were areas (carpets mainly) that needed a little attention. Pool was small but decent, change rooms were irritating, hot tub, sauna, steam shower all very good. fitness area (i didnt end up using) was more than adequate. Casino was extremely tight, wont be back there. The "resort fee" and "credit card fee" are an issue for work and if I'm honest that may make me go elsewhere in the future. Overall pretty good.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean , my comment maily in SPA accessibility , for 2 days of my stay I have to sign up to use the spa for 2 days, I tried to call front desk , got a message we are busy with other customers and will call you back which didn't happen for more than 45 minutes. I lost 2 days of my 3 days stay to enjoy SPA and relax. My main criteria of selecting a hotel is SPA availability. Will never come back

It was very clean and comfortable in terms of room itself. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very far from the city and there are no public transportation around. You must have a car or take a taxi to get there and there's no shops and restaurants around. I went there during weekdays and most of the restaurants were closed at their food court. The room was too dark for work and there's no microwave nor water kettles in the room. They charge for rental if you really want one. Otherwise you will get starved staying here.

Well, the hotel is really great in terms of facilities and cleanliness. It's just not like a tip-tier hotel or Vegas. From lack of hotels services like bag drop/baggage assistance to complete lack of focus on a great experience. Even some of the staff mentioned that they cut other staff to focus less on a great hotel experience, with a total emphasis on the casino. It's unfortunate if you travel a lot and expect good service, as the hotel is really nice. The lack of service to limiting toiletries and coffee, make for an unpleasant experience.

So clean and quiet even though its a casino site. We had difficulties with tv , but the service and repair was done quickly from the front desk to maintenance..enjoyed the pool, but wished they had a restaurent that was open early for breakfast..thank you the staff for our enjoyable 4 days stay .

Our stay was great! We will be back. There were a few things, however that could have been improved upon. There is a beeping in the room, its not loud and it will go away for a bit but then start again. The show door water proofing needs a different design and in our opinion the couch and chairs should be switched and the tv channels selections were not great. Also the parking is far away from the hotel entrance. The pillows were great and the bed was very comfy. We even saw security making rounds in the hotel hallways which was impressive. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to going back in the near future.

Everything was great with the exception of a couple of small things that were missing in the room. There was no microwave or hairdryer. I thought a hairdryer in hotels was pretty standard these days and a microwave would have been helpful to warm up Casino meal leftovers later in the night. Other than that, everything was great.

I would stay there again. This is a very clean and secure establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with the connection of the EV charging stations located at the outdoor parking lot. Three out of the four J1772 stations were broken and clearly un maintained. However, all of the charging stations dedicated to Tesla vehicles were fully functional. So my advice to EV drivers planning a stay at this location is to equip yourself with a Tesla to J1772 adapter. Luckily I was able to gain access to the one working J1772 charging station.

Room was very dirty upgraded to the king corner suite paid 700$ a night for two night. The floor had someone else’s pubic hair in multiple spots a peice of dirty toilet paper trash behind the toilet room door and the shower leaked Poor cleaning job and short staffed for such a new and expensive hotel

Clean hotel but not for families as totally centred around gambling. We were unable to drink with our family as unable to purchase an alcoholic drink over dinner or during the stay as the only licensed bar was in the casino and drinks could not leave the casino. The restaurant was also more of a food hall with cheap melamine tables.

The room was clean on arrival. However, there were several times during our two week stay that they forgot to clean or even refresh our room even though we were on the list to be cleaned on that day. Twice I had to make trips to Reception to collect towels and toiletries for the room and carry them up the room myself in a bag. Not acceptable. Some staff on the Front desk were friendly and helpful eg. Abbie. Some were rude and unprofessional. During our stay, there were issues - the tv wasn't working, the iron wasnt working, the safe couldnt open with our valuables inside, the room key stopped functioning. All of these were addressed once I went to the Front Desk. However one male manager retorted that 'at least the roof isnt leaking or falling down.' Unacceptable. We did not pay all that money for the roof to be falling down! On the plus side, a variety of eating options were available, nice pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms, casino if you are interested. I guess ok for an overnight stay after a night at concert or casino. Not suitable for longer stay. Some of the front desk staff need to improve customer service and please employ more cleaners for the rooms!

They hotel was great..the pool was badly managed. No towel too many kids unsupervised. We had to make an appoint to use pool. Way too many people.there not with a appointment. We found the front enterance hard to find.
