I stayed there two nights.
They are only gave us one big towel and one hand towel for each person and I drop something in the floor and I accidentally(?) saw bottom of the sink, It was so dirty and nasty. They didn’t clean, OMG. Also smells are so weird It makes us uncomfortable.
But The bed was so comfortable and price is not bad. Great location.
If you guys are looking for cheap hotel and good location, you can choose this hotel.

The room is clean and new furniture, WiFi speeds great. Staffs are friendly.
I stayed on T7, my building T7 is so far from the pool and gym. Recommend if you like To go to the pool in the gym to stay on T1

New and Great hotel, nice rooftop pool.
Close to the Nimman shopping area but have free shuttle bring you there as it’s a large complex.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was clean but need more rack space to hang the clothes. Food were good for buffet style. The pool is small, the gym or “ fitness center “ are little small. The location is great. Easy walk to maya mall. We would stay here again if we come back to CNX.

Decent hotel. We had a bit of a rough start as we had been traveling 30 hours and we arrived at 1pm and we were told our room would be ready in an hour. We came back at 4pm and was told it still wasn't ready so that was our start. We had a 3 bed.room.so I'm assuming there weren't as many of those room types but an email notification to let us know it was ready would have been appreciated. The room was clean but missing some simple things like side tables so there weren't many places to put items. Bathroom was nice with 2 sinks and good shower. Wasn't too noisy other than hearing the planea from the nearby airport but that didn't bother us. The pool area was in building 1 and we were in building 6 of 7 buildings. There's actually a trolley that takes you to the different buildings as well as our of the complex.to the neighborhood which was nice. The pool area was nice but not too many seats and when we went in the afternoon was full of screaming children so it wasn't our scene. Also they don't serve alcohol even though it's listed as having options. They have a limited supply at that hotel so they didn't have any during our stay. Also in chiangmai they don't serve or you can't buy alxohol between 2pm and 5pm. Overall not a bad price for it, but I would probably stay elsewhere if I came back again.

Stayed here for work since it was close to university. Overall hotel is nice and clean but a bit overpriced when compared to other options in the area. Rooms are also good size. Be Aware - you can hear planes from airport (VERY loud) all hours of the day flying over hotel (very close to property) if you stay in any room with a balcony.
Also on a few of the days the hotel was doing construction so heavy machinery noises started at 7am right outside building so impossible to sleep in. Also a few days there was no electricity for part of the day due to this construction. None of this was told to us at check in or we would have went to a different hotel immediately.
Infinity pool is very cold and fairly shallow - not warm so nice on hot days but not great when you want a warm swim at night. Hotel seemed to have limited staff and many new trainee name tags and you could feel that impact. Breakfast buffet was awesome but if you got past 9am things will be limited supply and you cannot get enough food.
Won’t stay here again since there are SO many other options in Chiang Mai that are much quieter, clear with expectations about amenities, nicer, newer, and way cheaper. Do your homework and find a cheaper place - believe me fancy accommodations are easy to find in this city at very affordable prices.
This place is way overpriced for what you get and did not communicate enough with us on the front end to plan for hotel issues during our stay.

The stay was wonderful. The ladies at the checkin were very friendly. My room was exceptionally clean. A short walk away from a main street and the Salad Concept. I was in building 7 so Friday and Saturday the club next door got a littl loud because of graduation celebrations.

We got a lot for the price we paid.a perfect bed and pillows ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, although it wasn't as tasty. However, all the staff were kind and helpful.

Extremely clean, new and stylish. Strategically located and very reasonable price.

Cons: The bathroom cabinet of our room was quite dusty. The hotel needs to improve its daily breakfast, too many Chinese dishes. Both Chinese & western dishes tasted poorly. The daily only one local Thai dish was good. I think the hotel should cook more local Thai dishes instead.
Pros: Good location. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staffs.

Polite and helpful staff
The swimming pool is great, you can see airplane overhead while swimming
The hotel is a brand new hotel, the facilities and room are in great condition
The quality of breakfast is great too.
Decoration around the hotel is well
Value for money.

Although it is good and valuable chioces, but not conviences for the traveler to exploer nearby attraction.
they can provide the mini-car to pickup, but if they can provide the simple map to indicate which area can be travel should be better.

Location and service are fantastic and condition is brand new so that's amazing too. Toiletries are sustainable packaging and good quality. Designs of the hotel's grounds and rooms are thoughtful and best part is it's affordable. Will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff, brand new hotel so the amenities were clean and modern, great infinity pool with a wonderful view of Doi Suthep, and the breakfast buffet is really good, with a mix of Western and Thai classics.
Would definitely come back.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. We were greeted with smiles everywhere. The hotel is brand new and is still working out the kinks, and is a bit of a trek to Nimman Street, the hotel offers a buggy to compensate. The small pool on the 4th floor was a welcoming respite in the 102 degree weather. All in all it was a good stay.
