Helemaal top!

Alles! De ligging aan het prachtige rustige strand, de bedden waren heerlijk, de beachclub, het zwembad met glijbanen, de gym. De aardige medewerkers. Top hotel!

Ontbijt was prima, mag misschien iets gevarieerder. Miste granola.

Great accommodation for families and groups.

Location was nicely tucked away, not too far from the city, and close to the beach.

No clear path to walk to beach, possibly due to the apartments privacy. Had to use golf cart.

Great hotel, will definitely be back!

Good room, small pool but with a good variety of slides and an adjacent beach club, very clean beach, 24/7 buggy service to the beach which is a few hundred metres away (part of the property), late checkout, bespoke hot vegetarian food for breakfast, beautiful lobby, good customer service, when the bathroom got blocked they speedily sent a plumber and also sent up ice pack and a balm when my mum fell in the shower and twisted her ankle.

- WiFi didn’t work but it is on me that I didn’t call reception to sort it out. - No paracetamol/ ibuprofen readily available (this should be a part of any first aid kit)

Very pleasant stay.

Modern and clean room - we really liked the beachside cafe.

We had breakfast in the restaurant one day - we weren't at the end of service but it felt like we only had leftovers to choose from - barely any bread and cold meats were left and they weren't refilled. I had to ask for more fruit juice to be added. The following days we went to the cafe for breakfast and this was much better.

- Super saubere moderne Anlage - extrem freundliches Personal - Wasser im Pool kalt

- keine direkte Strandlage (zwischen dem Hotel und dem Strand befindet sich eine große Ferienwohnungenanlage) - hellhörige Zimmer - Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet nicht sehr ansprechend

Fantastic hotel

The Hotel was fantastic for adults and kids, especially the hotel pool club on the beach, but I would highly recommend to couples and families

The only problem is it's 15mins drive to Hua Hin centre

私人海滩很安静，很喜欢，泳池旁的酒吧台也非常不错，工作人员的服务很好，由于没带现金，还帮我垫付了，非常感谢，可惜不知道他的工号，此外感谢酒吧台送的饮料，非常开心，我会推荐给朋友

我洗澡的时候突然断电了几分钟，望改进

Great place, nice staff, excellent manger, But have stayed in more favourable places I’m afraid.

The new beach club was fabulous location.

The food needs polishing, many mistakes. No beds to relax around the main pool area, cannot be served drinks in the reception lounge area.

Amazing property with a chilled vibe

Great staff quiet atmosphere brand new room and facilities

The hot water in the room was a little difficult (hot then cold ) which required you to constantly fiddle with the temperature but this did not ruin our stay or our view of the property 😃

Nice hotel with lovely beach club

Rooms were clean and seems like hotel were built recently, everything seems new. However size were bit small. Rooms have balcony which also good. Pools were clean and slides for kids good attraction, but some slides could not really safe. Beach club and beachfront area were superb! Could spend all day there. Of course, bar and restaurant service were great.

Biscay restaurant during breakfast was chaotic. So many people and no good flow. On the last day, morning of 31st - there were not enough staff that could clean tables. Breakfast overall was bad experience. Very limited choice. Hope they will improve it

I liked beachfront of the hotel. It was private and clean. You can walk along in the morning and see sunrise.
