Other than the side door and the elevator, it was a great stay

Loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was well informed and comfortable with all communication.

I didn’t like that the side door wouldn’t work daily and only one elevator worked. That one elevator was past due on inspection as well. Didn’t make me feel safe seeing the expiration of the inspection.

Our stay was most accommodating and we do plan to visit again when we’re in the area.

Nahvah, at the front desk, was one of the most welcoming customer service representatives that I’ve experienced in quite so me time. She, along with the cleaning staff were most accommodating.

Expected a little more for breakfast but the customer service excepted our expectations

Nevaeh, the desk clerk, was informative, courteous & welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed my breakfast. The coffee was amazing & 24hr access to coffee was wonderful.

Hotel was clean , staff was nice

There were no microwaves in the rooms. There is no entry sign to the hotel hard to find the entryway. Never visited a hotel with no canopy, had to load luggage in the rain, terrible design.

Towels were dirty, bathroom floor was dirty. The ac unit was confusing because there was an old school unit on the floor

I liked the fact that there was a mini shop in the hotel with toiletries, medicine and stuff like that there.

One of the workers parked right but our window and played really loud music most of the night. I was so mad and annoyed, not to mention I had a child that needed to sleep. This employee did the same thing the next day

everything. the staff is completely unprofessional. they’re always on their telephone. they stand around talking in groups. they don’t pretend to care either. told the assistant district manager twice about her staff’s behavior and nothing was done. I will be moving forward to the upper level of management about this matter.

Wonderful hotel! Our only problem was the thermostat didn't work. Super modern. Great staff, very friendly. Great complimentary breakfast .

The property was fine, but the fraudulent charges to my friends credit card, are NOT a good look!!!!

This location had only been open for one week. Everything was new!

The elevator didn’t work. I booked the room for a friend and I PAID in advance. The hotel then charged his credit card for the same stay! Now, they rREFUSE refund his money! THAT’S THEFT!! They actually blocked his phone number, once he challenged the charges!! Unacceptable!!

The beds were hard, the television did not work, the shower flooded the bathroom floor and soaked my clothes.

clean place

We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm from 4 hours travel, you can see in your faces that we were exhausted and we have a lot of stuff with us and a kid, the front desk staff was accommodating the girl in front of me, at first I waited for my turn but I noticed that they were just chitchatting and when It was my turn she's not very accommodating at all. And there's not much choices for the breakfast.
