My family gathered to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary. The house was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool with its enormous gazebo on the nearby patio. Bocci ball, cornhole, and even a golf chipping green kept us entertained. Except for a few excursions to downtown Nashville, we didn’t want to leave. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a more perfect home! The home was perfect for all generations of the family, and the outdoor activities were so fun! The owners of the property are lovely and helpful people and the site coordinators were great, too. Highly recommend this house for large groups!

One of the better properties I have stayed at. Great location, easy check in process, and it had been cleaned very well prior to our stay. 23 of my friends and family were able to stay, and everyone loved it. There is even a putting green and tee box outside! Everything had been prepared for our group, and we absolutely loved it. 10 out of 10 and would 100% take my group here again.

All around great experience. We were a mixed age family group in town for a soccer tournament. Plenty of room for all and a stunning location. Thanks so much to Richard for checking in on us and helping with the side by side!

We reserved Rolling Hills Estate for spring break so we could catch up with extended family. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect environment for the kids to play and for the adults to catch up and recharge. The house was impeccable and Rick was the most amazing host, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The immense yard allowed us to have family soccer games, toss a football around and play with our dogs. We are so grateful we found this incredible property for an unforgettable family getaway.

We had a wonderful time at our grandson's 2nd birthday party. His Great-Grandparents had a wonderful time and the 2 downstairs master suites made it wonderful for them not having do go up the stairs.

It's a very nice house for a large family. There are so many games, piano and drums in the house. The media room is so cozy and with big collection of nice movies. It's a very quite place and lots of privacy. Home itself is beautiful with areas to entertain in and around the house. We and eggs directly from chicken coop everyday and the kitchen is fully equipped. The property is fenced which gave our small dogs lots of room to play. My one recommendation is leave work at home. The internet and cell service is rather slow, understandably it is in rural area. But the owners are so responsive and considerate to our needs. We are so thankful to Rick for his quick responses. We would love to come here again.Rick is the BEST property owner.

Rolling Hills Estate was the perfect holiday with our large family. Spacious master suites and room to sprawl inside for our 10 days together over Christmas and New Years. Long walks and ATV rides were relaxing, and views of deer and foxes peaceful. Rick is a very kind and thoughtful host. Wrapping up 2020 could not have been more perfect!

Rick, the property owner, couldn't have been more nicer or more helpful. The property was spacious and located with beautiful views of the meadow, white fences, and horses. We even had a chicken coop! The kids loved running around outdoors and the adults enjoyed hiking the property. There was a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of room for all of us in the dining room, great room and media room. Loved our stay there.

What a beautiful property for a peaceful weekend getaway. The home is gorgeous with every amenity you could need. The owner was a gracious host and just a phone call away to help with any needs that may arise.

The house was huge and set on a beautiful piece of property. The only critique would be that the interior is a little dated, but overall we were pleased with the accommodations.
