Really enjoyed our stay, handy as a stop over from airport on way to/from Cape Breton

The garden overlooking the river is idyllic on a sunny day. Breakfast was help yourself to what was on offer, good offering. No time constraint on this. Home made muffins were the best I’ve tasted.

Staff left dirty dishes in sink in communal kitchen.

The property was great, very clean and comfy

The kitchen was clean and had a nice variety to make our own breakfast

I was over charged a month in advance. Originally booked for three nights but changed it to one night. I still havent gotten my refund for the other two nights ! Not sure i would recommend booking through a third party ( booking.com) as no one is getting back to me.

Lovely

This is our second visit. We love the riverside inn. Although this stay was very loud due to other guests and glass being broken by the hot tub but we were careful and made the most of it ❤️

Schön, modern, sauber aber direkt am Bahngleis und laute Brandschutztüre

Schönes, sauberes, modernes Zimmer. Alles ist familiär und gemütlich gestaltet. Personal vor Ort war sehr nett. Die Lage an sich ist gut, aber…

Unmittelbar neben einem Bahngleis an dem laut hupende Güterzüge fahren. Wir wurden um 4:50 Uhr morgens geweckt. Davon war hier in der Beschreibung leider nichts zu lesen, sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht. Im Gang gibt es eine sehr laute Brandschutztür, die ständig durch andere Gäste auf und zu geht. Frühstück muss man sich mit anderen Gästen selbst machen und die Küche sauber hinterlassen. Eine nette Idee, wenn man es vorher weiß und der Preis niedriger wäre. Auch das wurde hier nicht beschrieben.

Very good

Updated and modern. Clean and comfortable. Good place to stay - and I recommend.

Breakfast was fair, and coffee undrinkable. No contact with people. Quite impersonal. Codes and keypads - while efficient - did not provide a greeting or a personal touch.

Amenities were great, the place had everything you would need. Nice hot tub. Clean and comfortable. Awesome robes. Highly recommended.

The inn is lovely with great views.

Everything was lovely.

It wasn’t communicated to us that there would be a road block for the marathon on Sunday that would impact us being able to leave the one way street that the inn is on. The town workers told us that we would have to wait an hour for the marathon to finish before we could exit the one way street the inn was on. Essentially being trapped. We would have either checked out earlier or requested late checkout if we would have known.

The price was comparable in winter, to the local hotel, but the comfort and atmosphere nicer!

The inn was quiet, clean, and beautiful! The host even had the cot prepared with a nice foam and made up nicely for our child! There was even sports drink in the fridge at breakfast (continental), they they knew we were there for a hockey tournament! Love to go back if we can get a good price, like we did this winter!😊

We did smell cigarette smoke the odd time coming into the main hallway from someone smoking close to the building, but the rooms were fresh and clean!

Will definitely recommend to others. Owners have done a great job with this property!

Newly renovated and super clean and comfortable. Easy self checkin/out. Liked the self serve continental breakfast items and option to use communal kitchen, which was spotless. Location excellent with good dining options within walking distance. The Irish pub was great on a wintry night!

Room was small although it wasn’t an issue for us but some might prefer a larger room.
