Great comfy house with three bedrooms and a nice kitchen.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. Once we figured out the heat it was very comfortable. There was a nice kitchen.

Needs more instructions for the wifi, heat and TV. But everything was great once we figured it out.

Comfortable, cosy and relaxing!

I loved how the hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Lovely bungalow and location. Beds very comfortable. Loved the passing of the steam train. I would definitely stay again!

Relaxing property to completely unwind.

The property was clean airy and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you need. Lovely walks for the dog. Great location to visit surrounding areas. Good communication with hosts. Thank you.

Fabulous

A perfect base for us to get together as a family to visit family, so clean, lovely thoughtful things left like bread, milk and butter and so well equipped. The communication form Denise and Gill was faultless, thank you so much 😍

Lounge very bright needs a lamp but that is being picky, we just took one through from the bedroom

We absolutely loved the place and location!

What a beautiful home, every detail was thought about. The place is clean, bright and has everything you need for a short stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, with of course the steam train passing in the morning which is fun to see! We wish we could’ve stayed longer, we felt right at home.

Comfortable home away from home.

Spacious bungalow for the 4 of us plus our 2 dogs. Nice garden, no houses at the back of the property, and a nice view over the fields and hills. Close to Rawtenstall centre and nearby a great pub. Sofa throw provided for the dogs. Dog walks on the door step. Communication with owner before arrival was easy, instructions to get into property were clear. Nice touch to leave some bread, butter and milk for us. Bungalow had everything we needed.

Minor things: could do with a bit more hanging storage for clothes, some of the storage (e.g. cupboards in kitchen) is used for owners' own belongings, step from kitchen back door into garden is quite high so wasn't ideal for my parents who are in their 70s.

Great location, great house, great owner

very clean, spacious, lovely rooms with everything you need. location also great. owner was very communicative and easy to deal with. bread, milk and butter was a lovely touch and made breakfast very easy.
