Breakfast was really good. Pool was lovely. Room was great & view was perfect

Amazing location - a 10 minute walk from Fira and thankfully away from its maddening crowds. We had a hot tub & lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the caldera from which to watch the sunset. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The staff. The location. The view. The cleanliness of the property

The location was amazing and the view of the setting sun is something special. We were there in late April (shoulder season). It was quiet and nice. Walking to town (Thira) was easy and a great view along the way. Restaurants all over and very close to accommodation. Our room number 15 didn’t have any hot water. We asked for it to be looked at and they said it was on highest temperature. This was a bit of a deal breaker when the weather is still quite cool. The place is neat and tidy and the staff, Olga, Giga and Luca were nice. Compared to other apartments around, Nomikos it is in need of some updating of the communal facilities. Don’t expect to see too many photos online when you search Nomikos. Overall. Comfortable, close to everything, just dated compared to other stuff around. The location and the view is the highlight and the sunset is spectacular.
The apartment had no hot water. We advised them of this, they checked it and said it was on the hottest. Considering it was very quite due to shoulder season. We weren’t offered another room.

Very friendly staff, and very good location.
Breakfast is not exceptional but is good enough to start the day, and the view is wonderful while you are having it ! The sunset is absolutely stunning from here.
Without asking, we have had some helps from the staff to carry our luggages.
Tiny things :
- Light in the room early morning ( above the door, there is a window which can't get obscured )
- Hot tub and swimming pool were too cold at this time of the year to really be able to enjoy it (early October)

Everything.
All staff excellent by the way especially Gig and Andreas and Demitri.
Possibly access to additional drinks with breakfast after the pot of coffee and hot water had been finished. That is really being picky though.

The location was great. Close enough to shopping and restaurants but, just far enough from the biggest crowds.
The water is very hard well water. Some iron, sulfur smell.

Small size and convenient location. Traditional decor
Temperature was difficult to regulate. Breakfast was not as nice as we expected.

Breakfast was nice, location is great
Doors and windows are very old, especially the bathroom door in room 3, very noisy and creeks. There was a smell in the bathrooms, not sure if it was from the drainage.

The location on the hill is beautiful, staff was nice and the place was peaceful.
The room "studio" should be used for storage and nothing else.

The location of Nomikos Villas is convenient to walk around the main attractions of the entire area, the sunset views from the hotel are spectacular.
The staff at the hotel were all friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, earlier than expected, they offered and served us complimentary coffee, juice, cake by the pool while we waited for our room. In our view, people make the difference and at Nomikos Villas the staff made our stay superb. Thanks to Margarita at reception, Natalia at housekeeping, Dimitris at the bar (fun and personable guy), Giga who served our breakfast daily and was very pleasant and helpful overall. We checked out early at 5:00 am, the hotel arranged for a taxi and also had a staff member ready and available to help with our luggage.
The breakfast is complete and delicious, served at your private balcony or by the pool.
We recommend Nomikos Villas.
It was not easy finding the hotel at first, but that can be said for most hotels on the caldera cliff, if not all.
Otherwise, no complaints.

Very good location...easy walking distance to centre, restaurants etc
Very friendly and helpful staff
Relaxed atmosphere
Nice breakfast served on room balcony
Great view
Not cheap, but probably good value for Santorini
Late flight from Santorini, but staff looked after bags, provided shower and towels before leaving
As with most hotels in Santorini, small swimming pool and only limited number of sun loungers
Fridge, but no cups, kettle etc...would have been nice to make our own coffee

The staff was extremely kind! The facility was very classic Santorini and the more you learn about the landscape of Santorini, you will value the type of structure you are staying in! But really, the staff made our stay feel the warm and kind culture of the island!
