About this house rental

Valley View is in a peaceful spot, just a few minutes walk into Colyton and just a short drive to the beaches of Beer and Seaton. This spacious family holiday home offers great accommodation for five in three bedrooms. The living room has comfortable seating, French doors onto the garden and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings. Outside there’s a terrace and lawn, perfect for children to let off steam while you relax with a coffee over breakfast. There’s also a children's play area and tennis courts on the doorstep and lovely riverside walks nearby. Colyton is a Saxon market town with stylish individual shops and traditional tea rooms. Take a tram and ride alongside the River Axe wetlands to Seaton, the gateway to the Jurassic Coast. It’s worth heading to Beer, a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay. Wander around the galleries and independent shops and stop off for lunch. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats sitting on the shingle.This is East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty so have fun!
