Located in a private neighborhood that abuts conservation land, this peaceful and tranquil home is just ideal for your next family escapade! This wonderful location situates you just a quarter mile from Silver Spring Beach and several other bayside beaches and is within a short drive from restaurants, convenience stores, and movie theaters.

The lush backyard offers a firepit where guests can gather and share thrilling stories as well as a furnished deck with an outdoor dining table, seating area, and a gas grill - the perfect spot for warm-weather barbecues! There is also an enclosed outdoor shower available for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.

This ground-floor abode features a spacious living area with several comfortable sofas surrounding a smart TV with streaming services. The nearby kitchen is equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, which include a built-in fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. You have everything you need to whip up delicious homemade meals for the crew. Right off the kitchen is the pantry and laundry area with a washer/dryer. You can choose to dine indoors at the large dining table or alfresco on the deck.

There are four light-flooded bedrooms, which means this home is ideal for large families and groups. The primary bedroom is secluded from the other three bedrooms and features a smart TV, a desk and chair, and direct access to the deck. The other three bedrooms are right next to each other.

We absolutely loved this house it was the perfect set up for us with one 2 year old and a new born! Great location easy walk to the private beach! The property manager was very helpful when we had an issue with the door keypad was at the location within a couple of hours to fix it. Would highly recommend this quaint home!

Well renovated, equipped, and decorated, this lovely cottage at the Cape offered the kids and adults a welcome place to enjoy the beach! Response from local VRBO reps for any problem was quick and, for the most part, effective. The digital door lock was a bit difficult to deal with.

Comfortable home on a sandy lane. Private beach just a short walk away. However, Vacasa customer service was terrible to deal with. The code texted to us did not unlock the door. We called repeatedly for hours it was 8:00pm when we finally were told about lockboxes with a key to unlock the front door. Very disappointed and will never rent a home that uses Vacasa

Our party of eight had a fantastic stay at this adorable ranch. The house is renovated, comfortable, and clean in a quiet neighborhood on a dirt road within walking distance to a gorgeous private bay beach and short drive to ocean beaches. Shed had quality beach chairs and a large umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Nice grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Living room area has comfortable furnishings and a great TV. Close to everything yet tucked away from the crowds. We had a wonderful time!

We had a lovely week here. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location was great, a short 5-minute walk to a nice bay beach. We will definitely be back!

The size of the property and the close proximity to bayside and all the other things was perfect for us. Easy 15-20 min drive to just about everywhere we wanted to be. Highly walkable and quiet for those morning and evening strolls, decent backyard with a nice fire pit, plenty of beach chairs for our day at Nauset. My one issue was the key code for the door not working. The logistics of one door key for a large family doing different activities was a little cumbersome.

We had a wonderful week with our adult children and their partners. The home offered plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable. FIre pit in backyard was a wonderful place to enjoy each others company...and make s'mores :) Could easily walk to the water to enjoy a swim, a walk or the spectacular sunsets. We will be staying here again, I am sure.

The property was wonderful, well cared for, well equipped, extremely comfortable, in an excellent and peaceful location. The deck was perfect, allowing all of us to dine together, and the back yard was spacious and relaxing. It was just what we were hoping for. There were many amenities that were not listed particularly regarding items for the beach, so we brought more than we needed. More specifics regarding the coffee maker would have been nice, we assumed it was a standard coffee maker, but was in realitya Kuerig. No biggie, but we would have prepared better if we knew. Very minor issues which did not distract us from having a wonderful time at an absolutely stellar vacation home.

We were just a short walk to a beach in this lovely home that felt new and fresh. The large amount of seating in the living room worked well for our group of 7. We'd never rented a property managed by vacasa before and I was really impressed with their text-based customer service. Any questions I had were quickly answered. We would definitely stay in this house, or any thing managed by vacasa, again.
