Sandybrae is a stunning, ground-floor apartment with private parking set in the centre of the coastal village of Alnmouth. Using quality fixtures and contemporary furnishings, the property is decorated to a high standard, boasting a comfortable living area, well equipped and spacious social kitchen with feature island and dining area, catering perfectly for small families or couples. Both bedrooms benefit from en suites (one with a separate bath & shower), with all village amenties just on the doorstep including, shops, cafes, pubs and the beach. Offering one, private off-road parking space and an enclosed rear garden, complete with patio, sitting area and views down to the estuary, Sandybrae is a perfect base in this central part of the Northumberland Heritage Coast.

Lounge with large comfy corner sofa and chair, large window seat with views to the estuary, TV with Freeview and DVD player with a selection of DVD's and games.
Spacious and light kitchen and dining room with feature island unit including electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and sink. Fridge/freezer and microwave. Window seat with view to the estuary. Dining table and chairs for 4 guests.
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with bath, large separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with king-size bed and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
