About this apartment rental
Ocean views from every single room on this 4th floor corner unit. This 2 bedroom, 2bathroom unit features ocean & Molokai island views. This unit can accommodate 6 people with the living room's queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy sunsets & whale watching from your large private lanai. This open and airy condo also features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, stocked with all essentials, & beach gear for your use. Hololani A404 is the perfect place to make your Maui memories.
Bedroom 1: This room features an ocean view, queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and sliding lanai door access that leads out to the lanai. En suite bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk in shower, toilet with an ocean view(not kidding), and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2: This room also features an ocean view, King size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, TV with cable, and a direct private lanai.
Bathroom 2: 2nd bedroom/guest bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk in shower, toilet, and storage.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, Smart TV with cable, pull out comfy queen sofa sleeper, and two chairs. There is also beach gear for your use in this unit.
Lanai: Dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs on this large lanai. There is also a second private lanai off Bedroom 2.
***Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. We do not stock extra and supply more than most on island hosts. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***
We do have a $60 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damage, Accidents happen, we have you covered.
Hololani Resort offer underground parking, elevators, trash chutes, ocean front pool, BBQ area, and more. There is no AC at this entire resort. We have ceiling fans throughout the unit in every room and the west maui trade winds are usually constant and keep the unit cool.
This resort although oceanfront does not have useable beach all the time. It has sandbags and depending on the tide the ocean may be right up against them with no sand exposed. There is useable beach nearby a few minutes away. This Kahana area offers restaurants, beach gear rental, and little shops all within walking distance. Close drive to Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Lahaina.

This property is steps away from the beach, very clean and directions were detailed exactly as needed! Highly recommend and would stay again when returning to Maui!
