This is one of our most coveted apartments. It stands out for its spaciousness, its exquisite design, and it is also recently renovated. .
The Space:
Apartment with 3 fully equipped rooms, exterior and sunny. One of them double with a double bed and a sofa bed for an extra person, a single room and another room with two single beds.
The bathroom with shower is completely renovated, it is large and very comfortable, there is plenty of space for towels and hygiene products.
The kitchen is independent, equipped and perfect for preparing breakfasts and any delicious recipe.
The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa to watch TV, rest, or read quietly. The dining area is separate, there is a table with chairs for lunch or dinner. It is a very bright and sunny room.
The apartment has heating and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The wifi is perfect for working and watching movies.
Ideal for business trips due to its proximity to the Fira de Barcelona. This apartment is ideal in location, since getting to it from El Prat airport is quick and economical.
In a neighborhood with many shops and with the metro station less than ten minutes walk away, it makes it your ideal option to plan your visit to Barcelona. Furthermore, if you are a football fan, this is your ideal apartment to stay in, as it is located just 10 minutes by metro from Camp Nou.
APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept groups of young people with individuals under 25 years of age.
The minimum age for the group must be 25 years for all guests staying.
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.
We are committed to quality tourism.

Collblanc is a neighborhood in the 3rd district of Hospitalet de Llobregat famous for its cultural atmosphere and its architectural jewels. In the bustling Plaza del Mercado is the neighborhood market, in Art Deco style and designed by Ramón Puig i Gairalt, who also devised the emblematic Teatre Joventut. The leafy Parque de la Marquesa is home to Torre Barrina, an old 19th-century farmhouse that is now a multimedia cultural center
It is very close to the Fira de Barcelona and the Campo del Barça
Getting Around:
It is not necessary to use the car. The best option is to use the metro, it is a few meters from the apartment. The red line goes directly to Plaza Cataluña.
There are several buses in the area.
The market is very close to the apartment, there are also many shops and places to shop.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
