Whether it's golfing, shopping or weekend getaway, this quiet 1-bedroom 1-1/2 bath condo is the place for you. Great view of the outdoor pool from private patio, grilling areas and walking/bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway. Property is only 5 minutes (1 mile) from the Beach. Please note that no bikes or trailers are permitted on the property as per HOA rules. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances for that "home away from home atmosphere".

Comfortably sleeps 4 (one king bed in master bedroom and one queen pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels provided. Washer/Dryer in unit as well.

Pool fobs to access outdoor pools are included in your stay. Please note that pools are seasonal (March 29 through October31)

We love staying here, it’s our second time staying here and we couldn’t be happier. The location is great, close to everywhere we love to go. The condo was immaculate and beautiful inside and out. The pool was so relaxing. Would recommend this condo to anyone going to Myrtle Beach.

My daughter and I were in town for a dance competition so I was looking for something that was close to the venue but also felt safe and at a home. Cheri’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s EXACTLY as described and pictured. It feels so warm and welcoming when you arrive. This condo is close to literally everything yet gives you peace and quiet after a long day at the beach or shopping etc. There is a pool right behind the condo, everything you need to cook in if you don’t want to dine out, and Cheri responds extremely fast to all messages. I highly recommend this beautiful condo for your stay in Myrtle Beach!

I stayed at Cheris condo while working at CCMF. It was in a great neighborhood. I didn't have to worry about coming home at night by myself. The place was very clean. The stay was comfortable with a side of good sleep :)

We had such a great stay! The condo was very comfortable, clean, and met all of our needs. Great location with just a quick drive to all the local destinations. Location of condo is quiet and in a safe area. Cheri was wonderful to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for any event or activity you may want to do in the grand strand. Very close to activities, golf, and groceries. Lots of sidewalk to take walks and minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent condo in central Myrtle Beach near everything. This is the perfect place to stay for a golf or shopping vacation. The condo was clean and well equipped and the owner was great! Easy check in, clean unit, comfortable bed, communication was terrific and it was minutes from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this condo during our son's HS Spring Training trip to Ripken. The property was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much at all, it was well stocked. The king sized bed was firm, yet comfortable. Cheri was a responsive host, who wanted to ensure a positive stay for her guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the one-bedroom layout. Despite being a one-bedroom unit, it felt remarkably roomy, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom boasted excellent water pressure. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and this condo certainly delivered on that front. The entire place was immaculate, from the floors to the countertops. Moreover, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could possibly need, making meal preparation a breeze. One of the highlights of this condo was its convenient location on the first floor. This made coming and going incredibly easy, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. The location itself is also great. It’s very close to the Ripken Experience, the beach, and Broadway at the Beach. I was also thoroughly impressed by the host's responsiveness. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and the check-in process was hassle-free. Overall, my stay at this condo was nothing short of exceptional. With its spacious layout, comfortable amenities, cleanliness, and responsive host, it's a place I would eagerly return to in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area.

In Myrtle Beach for a golf week, the condo was perfect, lots of space for a one bedroom. Not even five minutes away from the beach (by car), close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. My family and I come to the beach every year. This year, my husband and I chose to get our own condo. This room was nothing short of amazing. The fireplace made it so warm and cozy. It was extremely clean and there were extra towels/wash cloths underneath the sink which was nice. I had a question about our access code and the host responded quickly and was very nice. We will be staying here again!

My wife and I spent a long weekend in this unit, the condo was exactly as advertised, very clean and well kept. It's been nicely updated throughout, and very spacious for a one bedroom. The area is great, convenient to everything, as well as the Myrtlewood community having numerous pools and walking paths. I highly recommend this condo.

I went to Myrtle Beach for the Jazz Festival and this place was very clean, just enough room for 2 people and very close to grocery stores, restaurants and putt putt golf. It was equipped with cooking utensils, laundry detergent (I left mine at home) and access to the pool. I would recommend and will be returning soon!

My partner and I stayed for three days at Cheri's place in Myrtle Beach and we had a fantastic time. The pool was at the back door, there is a small balcony to sit out on for morning coffee and everything including shopping and entertainment was very close by. The fire place was an added extra, as we had a few nippy mornings and nights. Cool spot and I will visit again!

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for a week long basketball tournament, and this condo was PERFECT. It was SO clean and comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood with no loud partying like you hear when you stay on the strip. My son and I loved the pool which was never crowded. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, and it was also super comfortable for the days we just stayed in. We cooked a big breakfast each day in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed drinks on the private patio in the evenings. We will be booking this condo again in the future!

My family and I were in town for my son's baseball tournament at Cal Ripken. This property could not have been in a more perfect spot. We were minutes from the fields, food, shopping, entertainment and the beach! The condo was just as described, and the pictures showcase exactly what the property looks like. There were many little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We had everything we needed! The bonus was the washer and dryer for those baseball jerseys. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. There was front row parking available every day which was super helpful when loading up for games, groceries or the beach. I honestly cannot say enough about the property. Cheri was quick to send unit details and answered questions very quickly. I sure hope to visit Myrtle Beach again soon and we would most definitely stay here again! My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer!

The property was very well keep. The condo I rented was amazing. The only thing I had to bring was my personal stuff, food, and I had to get a broom because I couldn’t find one in the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. I will stay again and have told family and friends about it.
