About this apartment rental
Fabulous apartment in the historic center of Malaga, in front of the Cathedral of the Incarnation. It belongs to a large building completely renovated with luxurious qualities.
Entering the apartment on the left we find a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for our stay and a high table with two stools where you can enjoy breakfast.
To the right is the double-height living-dining room with two sofas, a side table, Smart TV, a dining table with capacity for up to six people and two balconies with views of the Cathedral that bring a lot of light to the apartment.
Next to the living room is the first bedroom that has a balcony with views of the Cathedral, a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Going down the three steps we find a toilet on the right and in front of these the corridor where the other rooms of the apartment are distributed. Entering through this corridor, to the right there is a complete bathroom with a shower. To the left is the second bedroom with a large window, a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm double bed, chair, wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom with shower.
Located in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Malaga, next to the Cathedral, the Revello de Toro Museum, the mythical church of San Agustín, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre.
A perfect apartment for those who visit the city for its cultural and gastronomic offer due to its unbeatable location to explore the center of Malaga on foot and enjoy its main monuments and the most charming places in the city.
*Please be aware that the street where our apartment is located has limited access and is pedestrian-only. Only taxis are allowed to access. This means you will not be able to reach the apartment door with your own vehicle. We recommend planning your transportation accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Beautiful apartment and great location. Management was very responsive and whole experience was easy and fun. loved the views from the front windows of the cathedral and all the activity below us in the park. Apartment was very quiet and worked great for 3 couples.
