The worst experience ever

Nothing, it was a very bad experience

I had a thoroughly unpleasant experience during my stay. The hotel was exceptionally dirty, and the room was outdated. The bed felt like a rock, and the blanket was too small to cover it properly. Each day, I was greeted by the sight of the cleaning room left open, with dirt and debris scattered on the floor. The mattress was so old that it had turned brown with grime. The wifi was a disaster...The elevator was frequently out of order, which added to the frustration. If you’re given a room with a four-digit number, specifically something like 5012, be cautious; that part of the hotel hasn’t been renovated. It seems they reserve these rooms for guests from developed countries like those in Europe and the USA, which feels incredibly unfair. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory.

‏كل ما هو موجود في الفندق لا يعجبني لا نظافة لا تعامل لا خدمة لا أكل لا غرف متهالك وقمة لا مصاعد متهالك وقمة لا وساخة في المجمل اعتبر مصحة طبية وليس فندق وحرام أن يصل إلى مستوى خمس نجوم يجب أن لا يصل إلى*واحدة فقط

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Matratzen , guter Service . Frühstück war in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Pool

Halbpension nicht empfehlenswert. Nicht immer Buffet, von der Karte bestellen ist besser.

موظفين الاستقبال والموظفة سهام وموظفتين معاها اخلاقهم حلوه وتعاملهم ممتاز

مبلغ الاقامة لليوم مرتفع بداية الوصول تم تسكيني في غرفة عفشها قديم وتم نقلي لغرفة 502 صغيره ورائحة الحمام وتم طلب تغير الغرفة من الموظفة سهام تم نقلي لغرفة 511 مطلة على المسبح العلوي والشارع العام وكان يوجد صيانة للمسبح ممرات الفندق تحتاج الى نظافة وتطوير لابوجد اهتمام بسيرفس الغرف عدم وجود العوازل لايوجد شطاف ويتم توفيره عند الطلب ورائحة الحمام في غرفة 502 والمناشف مستخدمه يتم وضعها في الحمامات عند التنظيف

الفندق استثنائي من ناحية تعامل موظفين الرسيبشن وموظفين بوكينق واخص بالشكر الاستاذة فاطمة عماد وفاطمة سيد والاستاذة دنيا الى في رسيبشن البوكينق ومنه الصراحة والامانه كلمة شكرا قليلة في حقهم كما فندق بيراميزا ان يكون فخور بتعيين واستقطاب موظقين مثل هولاء الجيل الشاب الذي يشرف فندق بيراميزا مع العلم انني حجزت فقط ليلتين عندهم وحجزت في فندق ثاني بقية المدة وبحسن معاملتهم الغيت الفندق الثاني وخسرت ما دفعته وكل هذا بسبب هذولا الموظفات ربنا يحفظهم ويحميهم

Wifi is excellent.

Bed is very hard and was uncomfortable at all. Room is very small. A/C is v cold . We were in 5th floor and was noisy with car sounds and dogs .

لم يكن هناك مايعجبني غير ان موقع الفندق جيد وقريب من جميع الخدمات

ستائر بالية وشراشف ومناشف حمام سوداء والغرفه ضيقة واسعار السكن بالنسبه لهذا المستوى كانت غالية جدا لم يستحق هذا المبلغ اضافة الى انقطاع بالكهرباء يومان وحرارة التلفون يومان وفي حين طلب خدمة من خلال الاتصال لم اجد استجابة سريعة ولم ياتني اي سرفس لتقديم خدمتي وازعاج مستمر اثناء النوم بتصليحات بالفندق ولم يكن هناك احترام للنزيل بشكل عام لم يكن يستحق خمسة نجوم ع هذا المستوى المتدني

Très bon séjour pour le prix payé (-50%), c'était parfait.

Hôtel bien situé et très sécurisé. Grandes chambres, grande salle de bain, grand coin salon. Le personnel de l'hôtel est extrèmement gentil et efficace, toujours soucieux de ses clients (aussi bien pour la réception, le restaurant, le ménage des chambres, et même à l'entrée de l'hôtel avec la sécurité). Nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. Les draps étaient changés chaque jour ainsi que le linge de toilette et les chambres/SDB très propres chaque jour. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon (nous n'avons pris aucun autre repas à l'hôtel pendant notre séjour). La litérie est parfaite et très confortable. Il y avait des boutiques souvenir aussi, et un espace "starbucks" ou nous avons pris régulièrement des encats sucrés et des cafés, très appréciables lorsque vous ne déjeunez pas le midi, par exemple. L'hôtel est très grand et spacieux donc nous ne nous sommes pas sentis "enfermés". Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un court ou moyen séjour. Pour nous 9 jours, c'était parfait.

L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement de ses chambres (mobilier, peinture, moquette, etc), le mobilier est un peu vieux, certaines poignées de meubles ne tenaient plus. Climatisation très bruyante mais très efficace (car impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes compte tenu de la ville très bruyante jour et nuit). Notre chambre était au 9è étage (908 exactement au fond du couloir) et située à côté d'un ascenseur également bruyant jour et nuit (à priori ascenseur de service pour le personnel. A besoin d'un contrôle mécanique à notre sens). Il y a eu des coupures d'électricité en soirée et en pleine nuit surtout à la fin de notre séjour (mais apparemment pas volontaire de l'hôtel mais plutôt du Caire si nous avons bien compris). Piscine très peu ensoleillée (seulement le matin) et encaissée mais normal car au Caire les immeubles sont très hauts. Nous ne nous sommes pas baignés, mais avons largement profité des tables et fauteuils mis à la disposition des clients. En revanche, nous n'avons pas apprécié que la Duty Manager (bureau à côté de la réception) nous force la main au moment du départ pour que nous mettions que des 10 en évaluation de l'hôtel et sans commentaires (c'est même elle qui a appuyé sur les étoiles directement sur le téléphone de mon mari). C'est pour celà que nous modifions notre évaluation. 5 étoiles en Egypte = 3 étoiles en France.

Never again..

Location and breakfast was good

It is too annoying..always the service team are using an exit door for access the stairs and special elevator (which are very near to my room)and both require a maintenance because of the noise that they made while you open doors..

Stay away

Entry lobby looks a bit elegant

Level of filth on hallways and rooms is not recommending a stay. Bathroom dirty, towels gray, bathtub with grime and ceiling/ ventilation disgusting. Bed had a dent in the mattress woke up with back ache. Curtains have holes through. Windows dirty.Breakfast horrible, cereals have sugar to give you diabetes, pastry dry. Hotel is not good.

Wouldn't came again, take your business somewhere else

Good location, close to attractions. Large room and bathroom.

Staff was a little but rude. Floor in our room could use more cleaning as it was full of hair. Bathroom lock was broken. We had our room opened twice by room service because our ( do not disturb) sign was broken. One night we came back to our room and we were shocked that the door was open all night. We asked the front desk to check the cameras but they ignored our request by saying "if there's nothing missing, there's no need to check the cameras". Which was unprofessional and i would trust this place again.

fajn miesto pre rodiny s deťmi

mali sme naozaj priestranný apartmán - dve ložnice, dve kupeľne a teda dostatočné súkromie - ideálne pre rodiny s deťmi. Hotel je v širšom centri mesta - dá sa chodiť pešo, ale aj uber je veľmi výhodná voľba. Fajn raňajky a hotel má aj dobrú reštauráciu.

Nebol k dispozícii veľký bazén s výhľadom na mesto a nikto o tom neinformoval vopred, okná pri rekonštrukcii neboli vymenené a išiel potom hluk z mesta aj zo vzduchotechniky

Dated hotel but central and good value.

We had a spacious two-bed suite for the whole family, with good beds and lots of storage. Breakfast was good. All the staff were nice and helpful. Hotel location is central only a few minutes ride from Tahrir Square.

The WiFi only worked well on the lobby. Despite good signal strength on my 9th floor, I was only able to get connection for a few minutes, and never again. Property maintenance is sub-par. Hooks in the bathroom fall off (not broken, just need tightening), glass shower curtain rattles - again, just needs fixing. Vent holes in the hall are open, like someone started work and never finished. Bathroom mirror is chipped, and so on.

الصراحه ما انصح التعامل معهم

التعامل سيى عدم احترام الزبائن اعطائي غرفه غير الغرفه المطلوبه قمت بطلب غرفة لغير المدخنين وتم اعطائي غرفه للمدخنين المناشف متسخه الفراش فيها شعر ولدي صور يدل على ذالك وتم فتح باب غرفتي بكون اني وضعت عدم الازعاج
