nothing
There was water on the floor in the bathroom which was leaking from toilet. It was slippery there and also disgusting. I went to the reception 3x, but nobody came to fix it. Also the room was small, outdated and ugly and absolutely not worth the price!!! Luckily we stayed only for one night.
Pretty absurd is also fact that beach and pool are open only until 19:00.

Staff friendly. Breakfast very good. Room is comfortable and clean.

Location - near to Tropea and Santa Domenica. The room was clean…but…
We didn't like the breakfast, unfortunately we were only on the first day then not anymore. Evening party - sad man who plays the piano ideal for people over 60 years old. On the other hand, in the hotel next door that was parties until 3 in the morning so we had no chance to sleep for 3 nights. The rooms are sound-proofed. The air conditioning did not work. There was not even a wine opener in the room and the room was full of mosquitoes!!!

We had a great stay at this villagio, the room was a small detached bungalow with a terracein between manicured gardens. Right on the seafront with two amazing pools. A lot of activities organised by friendly staff. Food in the reastaurant was really good. We definitely recommend this place, and it was a great value for money.
Parking, in the former tennis court, has uncomfortable access and requires walking around multiple fences with no lights. Rooms are a little dated. Shower head begs for changing. Fridge turned on but did not cool (we notified the reception). All receptionists appeared very stressed.

We loved the resort. The pool was fabulous, the meals were very good our room was fine. The parking was very good and very close. The staff in the dining room were very nice and helpful. They brought us lots of ice for our drinks which we Americans love!
Our other family members had a separate room. The remote for the air conditioner was broken and thus the room would not cool.It was fixed the next day when they reported it and we asked that the room not be charged for the first night because it was so hot they had to sleep out on the beach. They refused to give us a refund for an unusable room. The bartender was pitiful. He didn’t even know how to fix basic drinks.

A beautiful home-like place to stay with the beach literally 20 steps away. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and made our stay so much more fun! With a special shout-out to Massi, who made such an effort to come chat with us all and brings bit of fun to our stay - we will see on the dance floor next time :)
Beds were comfy, shower good, both pools were great and buffet breakfast was good as well. Parking right at the hotel was a massive bonus for us as well and the little town had some nice restaurants and atmosphere. Would definitely come back again :)
Didnt get to spend enough time here :/

Beach and the large pool was splendid. Garden areas are OK and cleanliness is at an acceptable level.
Property is generally worn out and everything is really at a simple standard. Except for reception staff and those responsible for beach/pool entertainment, service level and the employees understanding of hospitality is way off. We got the impression of a poorly managed hotel driven by “management by fear” (you would often hear from the employees “we are not allowed to…” or “it is not possible…”). Quality of food served in the hotel restaurant is not even close to what you normally would expect from a Calabrian kitchen.

The hotel did not match the expectations at all. I was given a very old apartment outside the resort location not matching the 4 star rating mentioned in Booking. Unprofessional and inexperienced employee. Indescribable bathroom as well as the comfort of the beds. Rooms smelling musty. Air conditioning without regulation. Only has the position on or off. The clerk didn't even know where the air conditioner was turned off. In one room a chair replaces a table with a lamp on top. In the bathroom a "table" patched with tape. In the absence of place to put the glasses they used a bench. . And for this room they charged me 273 €. Unbelievable !!! I complained at the hotel (which was no use) and I will complain at booking

Location was beautiful and grounds well maintained but unfortunately very remote location with few options around property.
This was not a 4 star hotel nor did it provide 4 star standards. Rooms very old with very few amenities. Getting to rooms was a long uphill climb. Wash room very antiquated and shower extremely small. Only 1 AC unit in opposite room of bedroom. Overall very undeserving of 4 star rating.

Nothing!
Help was terrible. One person behind the front desk doing everything. Check ins, check outs, showing you to your room, answering phone. No one helped with luggage from the car to the room. No one explained the property to you. No one told you the times for eating or functions. Lifeguard was MIA at all times. The top of my umbrella that I paid for was ripped and it took two full days to replace. I complained to the front desk multiple times then I finally went looking for the attendant myself and found him. There were no telephones in the rooms so if you needed another towel or anything you had to go to the front desk and wait on line since there is only one person working. The main hallway light was out and the handle in the shower was so rusted it broke off and a plumber had to come and replace it. As for the parking, there are more cars than spots and if you were lucky enough to get one they were all facing the wrong way so in order to leave you have to drive backwards out of the field you were in because there was such little room that you could not turn around. Beach was very rocky. Myself as well as my son cut our feet on the rocks. Only thing positive about this place is it is right on the water. I would never return. Place was antiquated and unfriendly not to mention that as impossible as it sounds for Italy, the food was terrible. I’ve been to Italy over 20 times. This was the worst. Never again. Thanks
