Darcy is an excellent host and we already made reservations to go back in October for our wedding anniversary. Marine City is a nice small town.

Very small as stated. Cute inside. Disappointed because the paddle boat wasnt covered, so it was filled with water & too heavy to tip to empty. Very large barking dogs in houses on the street.

It was very small but perfect for my needs

We loved how it was decorated and where it was located! So peaceful on the river. It even offered watercraft- kayaks and paddle boat. The only glitch was that the tv did not work.

Relaxing, good fishing, quiet.

This was indeed a tiny cabin, but it fit our needs perfectly. We needed a clean, quiet place to shower and sleep in order to attend a family gathering in St. Clair (only 7 miles away) that was also reasonablely priced. This was it! So cute and had everything we wanted. Marine city and St. Clair are both amazing little cities worth visiting just for the river and summer activities.

So comfy and cozy. Darcy was very communicative and helpful. Nice location on Belle River - we were there in fall so couldn’t use the kayaks but would love that if the weather was warmer! Easy walk to all the cute shops and restaurants in Marine City. Also quick walk to the beach on the St. Clair river.
Yup, it’s small (as advertised) but the kitchen has everything you’ll need, bed is comfy, shower has great water pressure, place is super clean and -again- it’s on a river!

My husband and I and our pups just wanted a last bit of summer get away. Just wanted to wake and sit by the water and this tiny cabin was the perfect spot! Darcy, our host was super nice and helpful with anything we needed. My husband and I just fell in love with the little town of marine city and will definitely be back! The only down side was the sun didn’t want to show it’s face the whole weekend lol but weather is out of anyone’s control!

Our perfect business Getaway.
Tiny cottage on the river was a great over night stay. Exactly as described. Our Quick overnight stay for business, turned into the perfect mini-cation.
Cute rustic, yet clean, super cozy and decorated adorable.
The yard with fire pit on the river was the perfect way to end the night after walking into town, having a delicious dinner watching the freights on the lake with a beautiful moonrise.
Darcy was very helpful and quick to return messages and calls.
The cottage had everything we needed, perfect for a romantic getaway or girls weekend. Some dvds were available and nice to enjoy when winding down for the night.
Also Walking distance to the lake, party store, antique shops and restaurants.
We hope to be back and explore more of the restaurants, and antique shops in the area as well as the kyaks available for guest.
Thank you Darcy!
