sought-after neighborhoods. Located on the first floor, this
312-square-foot unit features electric heating, recessed lighting,
large windows, high ceilings. Cozy bedroom offers closets and provides

your move-in date. Please inquire June for up-to-date prices. One of
the best neighborhoods within the sprawling Harlem area, Upper West
Side is home to a diverse demographic consisting of college students,
families, and working professionals. A popular place to live due to its
laid-back atmosphere and affordable housing compared to New York City’s
Upper East Side, Upper West Side is also cherished for its relative
proximity to some of Manhattan’s most famous attractions and landmarks.
The median age in this densely populated Manhattan neighborhood is
approximately 33. Upper West Side is also home to a number of historic
landmarks, such as Grant’s Tomb and Riverside Church, both of which
rank as some of the most impressive architectural structures in
Manhattan. Take a stroll with your four-legged friend through
pet-friendly St. Nicholas Park, or grab dinner and a show at the
legendary Apollo Theatre. Everything is a short walk or train ride away
in Upper West Side. Less than two blocks from Morningside Park and a
half-mile from Columbia University, this charming apartment is an ideal
home for people that don’t mind walking or riding a bike to class. A
three-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to
the train station at the corner of West 110th Street and Frederick
Douglass Boulevard for the A, B, and C trains on the IND Eighth Avenue
Line. Unsure how long you plan to stay in Upper West Side? Schedule a
tour to see this apartment today .
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting
you!
