Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The central train station is just a 5-minute walk away, offering easy access to public transportation. A 10-minute walk will take you to Avenue de la Liberté, a major shopping and dining hub featuring popular spots like Oberweis for gourmet treats and the well-known Brasserie Guillaume. The historic city center, with landmarks such as the Grand Ducal Palace and Notre-Dame Cathedral, is also just 15 minutes away on foot. Getting Around:
The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), located about 20 minutes away by car or taxi. Public transport is free throughout the city, and the property is conveniently situated near Luxembourg Gare Centrale train station, just a short walk away. 2. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.
3. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
4. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.
5. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.
6. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.
7. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.
8. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.
9. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.
10. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.
11. As part of the verification process, you will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, and complete our guest portal. This information is collected solely for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.
12. Check-in instructions will be provided only after the successful completion of the guest portal process.
13. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.

What a beautiful property to stay at. Exactly as described, lots of space, great amenities. Lots of outside deck space.

Great place to stay, very near the central station. Very well equipped apartment about 20 mins walk to the centre of the city.

We did not actually stay in the Gare property that we paid for. After our final payment was made, 10 days before we were to check in, the host notified us that the property was no longer available and that we were not entitled to a refund because they were assigning us another, much smaller, property. It was a bait-and-switch. We are not convinced that the property we rented ever was truly available to us. Then, the arrival process at the alternative property turned out to be a fiasco as well. I would not do business again with ARCA properties

The property was truly an oasis for relaxation & spending quality time with family after a day exploring the city. The kitchen was very well equipped. Towels were top quality. Bedding was clean & fresh. Located within minutes of walking distance to Luxembourg Central train station & so many restaurants to choose from. It even has an exercise room which I managed to use once but had a treadmill, bike, some dumbbell weights, exercise ball & step bench.
The minor things that can be worked on are mostly related to the cleaning team:
- cleaning wasn’t yet completed by our check in time at 3 pm so key wasn’t returned to box. This took us almost an hour trying to work with ARCA to figure out what was going on. We were compensated by being able to check out at 12 pm instead of 11 pm which we appreciated.
- they left us with half a roll of paper towel and no extra rolls in the apartment
- we were given little pouches of shampoo & found additional pouches of shampoo & bath gel in drawers in the bathroom. For a high end property like this installing shampoo & conditioner & bath gel dispensers to ensure guests have enough for their stay would be great.
