The key code didn’t work. We had to wait 45 minutes minutes to finally get in the house. We arrived at 2:30 so we had already waited till 3:00 for exact check in time so an hour and 15 minutes is too long of a process. The WiFi also was not working. The parking pad is dirt and you must drive up the curb, not suitable if you have a lower car.

This was a well appointed home with everything we needed. It was very close to downtown Culver City and only 20 minutes from LAX. We would stay here again.

If you are into pets and are looking for a solid place to stay in lovely Culver City, you may have just found your next stay. Especially if you like a porch swing, which we did get some use out of.
Walking into the home for the first time there was a strong smell of cat. My children and I opened the windows as much as we could to air the place out, but still suffered with allergies during our stay. I wish I had known this from the start as I was seriously considering requesting a refund the first night there. I'm not sure how to properly list that as the owner but regardless, it's important that when considering this place you are aware that it smells and feels like a home with cats.
Overall, it is a nice house with easy parking. My only other heads up and the other reason why I rated it the way I did is the cleanup policy. The instructions state that the owners want the guests to take out the garbage, clean the dishes, and remove all bedding along with placing used towels on the floor. For a cleaning fee of $250, that should all be included along with a less noticeable pet smell.
Lastly, all faucets need to be tended to as they are all loose.
