Family wedding at Palisades Tahoe. Condo has everything you need.

Awesome location and great setup

The place was a little smaller than I had expected from the pictures, but it was perfect for us. And we had the surprisingly good fortune of discovering Granite Chief hiking path...a great trek within a half mile walk. Definitely a challenge (4 hours round trip) but a good way to spend the afternoon. My only recommendation to management is to grease/oil the bedroom and bathroom doors.
If your trip is focused on Palisades, this is an ideal location. An easy walk over to the main resort area.

Nice slot for the weekend.

Extremely disappointed. The first thing we noticed was an overwhelming stench that we did not recognize as propane until about the 4th day. The emergency option to contact management after hours was non functional. We ended up needing to stay somewhere else that night because we couldn’t take it anymore and it was making us sick. Woke up a migraine several mornings because of the propane. We stayed most of the time at the rental home of another family member whom we were vacationing with.
There was mold on the molding in the bathroom near the shower, the shower door fell off the track and couldn’t put it back. When we removed the bedding, as per instructions at then end of our stay, there was blood on a pillow and stains on the mattress pad on one bed, the other bed had no protective mattress pad, just a sheet over the mattress. All the kitchen pans were non stick but were completely scratched and in need of being tossed out and replaced. It was so bad, because of the smell that we dreaded every night having to go back. The sad thing is it has great potential but poor management and is in great need of deep cleaning, maintenance and a responsive management in an emergency, such as a propane leak.

Close to the start and convenient.

was wonderful – great to wake up every morning and see the mountains and close to all the running we did
only down sides were the beds were slightly uncomfortable
9/10 awesome!

Great condo, was able to walk back and forth to the lifts quickly. Clean, comfortable, with enough kitchenware to make a meal. Will consider staying here again for next trip.
* Internet is as advertised, but I was able to use the Village WiFi from the coffee shops for what I needed to do.

Last minute Spring skiing trip. Was supposed to have 2-3 others join but ended up just being me. Place is perfect for 2 couples. Definitely has more character than the cookie cutter spots directly in the village. Would stay there again for sure.

Perfect location, all the kitchen items needed. Only thing that could improve is mattresses/frames- both seem like they have seen better days unfortunately!

The check in process was easy and the informational email was thorough. Parking was close by although if this was during high season with more crowds may have been problematic as there were a limited number of spots. Stayed with my two adult daughters for a spring skiing weekend. Would have been nice to have some shampoo and soap.

We had a great stay here - communication with the owner was great, instructions were proactive and simple, and the space was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were excellent. We would certainly stay here again!

Thank you Nicole for the prompt refund of remaining days when the propane ran out halfway through our stay.
A couple suggestions:
Consider supplying nicer and larger soap bars or soap liquid in the bathrooms
Consider leaving a lighter or matches and kindling to start the wood fire
Consider having a true emergency weekend contact response given you have many properties. It is quite disconcerting to have to wait 12 hours before a response is received when we smelled gas and the heat stopped working in subfreezing weather.

This condo was a very short walk to Far East lift, which is perfect for ski season! The unit had everything we needed with plenty of space for 6 even though we only had 4 people. The internet and Smart TV made it easy to work and play as desired. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is nicely furnished, has a great kitchen, is very functional and is 0.33 miles walking to the Far East chair. There was a huge amount of snow while we were there we took advantage of it!
4.7
Great place, only complaint was either provide more toiletries (soap or shower gel) or be clear in communication that renters need to provide their own

Thanks for the wonderful place to enjoy the finest skiing in the world. Hope to be back soon. Thanks again. Props too to 22, the slot, and it’s wonderful crew.

Nice little spot close to the Olympic Valley base side of Palisades. The free Mountaineer shuttle service can pick you up from this rental and bring you to the base area. Showers stayed hot for everyone after big days on the slopes. Big fan available in one of the bedroom closets for those who need white noise while sleeping. Lots of extra blankets. Parking lot got kind of icy while we were there - walk carefully! Also, we needed tire chains to get out a few of the mornings of our stay due to ice - just come prepared!
