Located in Chiton, next to a spacious reserve with a playground, this luxurious two storey home will be the envy of all your family and friends, unless of course, you bring them with you to enjoy a holiday by the beach and share all that this home has to offer.
The Space:
Downstairs:
Walking in the front door you will feel the expansiveness of the home immediately when you see the enormous entry hall. Off to one side is bedroom one with queen bed, wall mounted TV, very modern large ensuite with walk in shower and separate toilet neatly tucked behind the tiled vanity wall. There is also a large walk in robe with plenty of storage area.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and walk in robe.
Bedroom three at the rear of the home is very spacious and has a queen bed and single bunk bed and ceiling fan.
There is a large family room with ceiling fan and split system air-conditioning, TV, PlayStation 4 and comfortable sofa bed with expansive glass doors out to the undercover decking and a view of the whole back yard.
Main bathroom with bath and large shower.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and access to outside which is meticulously maintained with a lovely side garden, green lawn and third shower/toilet room off the decking for when you return from the beach.
There are lawn games and beach toys for guest use.
Single garage under main roof.
Circular driveway with ample parking.
Upstairs:
You will be pleasantly surprised by the expansive views from all windows on all sides of the home.
At the front is the lounge area with wood fired combustion heater and TV. In the centre of this level is a cosy sitting area with sea views.
Connect with family and friends around the inviting timber dining suite with seating for 10 or enjoy the cool evening air on the timber deck under the ceiling fan whilst cooking a feast on the bbq.
From here you will be able to see the playground and reserve next door and keep an eye on the children playing.
The kitchen has servery windows that open onto the outdoor deck. There is a TV on the wall off to the side, bar stools at the benchtop, fridge/freezer, double oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher and bar fridge. To store your food supplies you have a walk-in pantry with a Nespresso coffee machine station, kitchen appliances and microwave.
Split System air-conditioning.
There’s another large bedroom with queen bed and a ceiling fan.
If you happen to be on a working holiday there is an office with ample desk space with a view to die for.
