The bunk room was great for the kids and the location close to the lake and Mammoth Cave gave us multiple options for the week. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for the 6 of us. The house had everything we needed. Loved using the fire pit, we packed a lot into a couple of days so we would have loved to relax and used it more as well as the patio. The neighborhood was beautiful and quite.

Pat's home is beautiful, with every amenity imaginable. We particularly enjoyed the comfy and ample seating, the fireplaces, and the back porch. The heat lamps were a special surprise and we made use of them during our frigid time of year visit. The house is quite a trek from the landmarks you would plan to visit in the winter, just give yourself ample time to get anywhere that is scheduled (like Mammoth Cave tours and the like). I imagine visiting in the warmer months makes for a more appealing location with the lake so close by. One critique is the beds and pillows, and it certainly is common in short term rentals, though I don't know why. The guest beds didn't have headboards and the mattresses were pretty basic and uncomfortable. When you reach middle age, this certainly affects the overall enjoyment of the stay, especially when everything else felt so luxurious. I would consider upgrading those items, with firm pillows to boot, and you'd have a perfect home!

This is a gorgeous, well-built home with high-end finishes and more amenities than just about any group could make use of. It sits on a secluded road with other new luxury homes - all of which are spaced out far enough to allow plenty of privacy. Check in and access were painless, host was timely and responsive, and the rate was fair (maybe even surprisingly low for the size and quality of the property). Both the interior and exterior of the home offer multiple gathering areas, meaning you could accomodate a VERY large group without anyone getting too close for comfort. The only category in which I didn't give highest ratings was location - the house doesn't have a view of the lake (though it's probably less than a 5-minute drive to the boat ramp, and it does have a beautiful view into the woods), and it's a 15+ minute drive to a store or restaurant. Neither of those were real drawbacks for us, though. If you want an extremely comfortable place to get away with friends or family- this is an outstanding option at an excellent price.

The house was beautifully decorated, has all amenities you need and well stocked with utensils, towels etc. I was dissatisfied with the extra clean fee charged after the end of my stay. I stayed 2 nights which
cleaning fee was already included in my stay. I would've been better off getting a hotel for that price, but I wanted a house for our stay. The site says mammoth cave was 10.5 miles away and it was more like 58 miles, that was very misleading since i wasn't from this area. We ended up not going to mammoth cave and took the kids to Jellystone park. For the price I paid I shouldn't been charged an extra cleaning fee. We left the house clean. Somethings was left out of source of course I couldn't catch everything with 6 kids. Also the kids didn't sleep in the downstairs bedroom with the bunk beds, they was several bugs in there, so they slept on the couches.

Gorgeous property and home! Enjoyed family time together playing games, short drive to put the boat in at Moutadier. Highly recommend as the house has a lot to offer especially if you want to relax and unwind. Host was very prompt and provided all the needed information.

Great home. Everything we needed in the worse was there. Plenty of different areas of the home for all age groups to hang out at.

Very clean and beautiful house. Stayed with extended family for a trip to Mammoth Cave. We really enjoyed the screened in deck hanging out in the evenings. Highly recommend.

Our overall impression was very positive. We enjoyed the newness of it. We realize there are a few things you haven't gotten to yet, but it was very nice and accommodating for our group of 12, 5 adults and 7 children. We were doing some activities over at M. Cave and that was a little far, but that's not the house's fault! Your house was as close to the cave as we could get and havre what we felt we needed. We loved the gas fireplace on the porch that could also use wood - we were out there all 3 nights. We went down to the lake 2 evenings and the children enjoyed that immensely.
I inadvertently packed the sheet that describes everything about the house. I trust you can print another!
Thank you for letting us stay there!

Stayed for the weekend w 3 couples and 5 kids between us, all under 4, and the house was a delight! 3 comfortable rooms for adults (and room for pack n plays) plus a big bunk room in the basement for the older kiddos. So so clean, the massive outdoor deck was a highlight in hangout space. Really loved our time. Only complaint was a bit of fear at how easy it was to get out of basement door - had a lock but it was a pretty simple mechanism a younger kid could’ve figured out. We ended up moving a chair in front of it to be safe though so pretty easy fix for us. Thanks so much for an awesome weekend!

Great spot for a family gathering and for visiting Mammoth Cave NP (about a 35 minute drive to visitor center). Our whole family enjoyed our stay in this brand new house. We cooked/grilled all of our meals, kitchen is set up nicely. Super porch and deck, lots of light indoors, hang-out areas on multiple floors, quiet setting, plenty of parking.
