Recently renovated and professionally designed, The Lodge is the perfect vacation home for families or a group of friends looking to explore everything Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain has to offer! Located directly across the street from Hunter Mountain and only a 15 minute drive to Windham Mountain, and is equipped with all the amenities your heart desires. As you step inside, you will notice the open floor plan, abundant light throughout, high-end finishes and multitude of areas to hang out and relax or have fun. On the main level you will find a newly furnished living and dining room, perfect for family dinners and relaxing together after a long day on the slopes. Not to mention the windows lining the front of the property offering amazing views of Hunter Mountain! The full kitchen with expansive island and stainless steel appliances is the perfect set-up to create an amazing culinary masterpiece. The window in the kitchen opens accordian-style, resulting in an indoor/outdoor bar with a countertop to serves drinks and appetizers on. If you like to host, nothing beats this setup.
Steps outside the kitchen you can enjoy afternoon cocktails on the expansive deck by the fire pit, go for a dip in the plunge pool (20 feet x 10 feet) during summer months, or roast marshmallows by the firepit. Should you have a furry friend to bring along, not to worry, there is a completely fenced in grass area just off the deck!
The living room is right off the kitchen complete with a U-shaped couch that could fit 10-12 and a 70 inch screen TV. Sonos speakers throughout the main floor, including the game room / loft. The game room has a card table, mini bar, pool table, shuffle board, darts, and a big screen TV. The kids can retire to the loft upstairs that has 2 full beds, a full bathroom and incredible views of Hunter Mountain.
After a long day hiking, exploring the town, or going for a bike ride, there are 8 bedrooms to provide you with the recharge needed to get ready for those morning activities. There are also 6.5 bathrooms, 4 of which are ensuite for total privacy. There is an additional cottage, as available, April - November with one additional sleeping space and one full bathroom.
Whether you are the adventurous type looking to hit the slopes, snowmobile, ATV, or hike, or just want to relax and melt in the hot tub while taking in the views, The Lodge is sure to check every box and make your stay in the Catskills one you will never forget!

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

We just stayed a weekend at this property and had a great time. The house inside is amazing - the pictures are exactly like the space and everything was clean with big open spaces for gathering. The kitchen is huge but is missing some key items - large bowls, large cooking pots, spatulas, but we made due. We were reminded many times about the noise restriction after 9pm abs did feel it was a shame to have to be quiet and go inside at 9pm. The house is close to neighbors. The pool is small but great and the hot tub was a fun addition. Highly recommend this house for a weekend!

We had an excellent time at the Lodge. It was our first time back together with college friends since a number of us had children. The place was perfect and had everything we could ask for! Would stay again!

Had a great stay with a bunch of families and kids. Lots of bedrooms and space in the house was very well laid out. Right at the bottom of Hunter Mountain was key. Brand new hot tub was beautiful. highly

The Lodge was incredible!! We couldn't have asked for a better house. We were 15 people staying for the weekend and had everything we could possibly need. The house had a beautiful kitchen, long dining table, great rooms (linens & mattress amazing), bar area, games, and spacious living room. It was also a good location right on main street, so it was easy to get coffee in the morning and get dinner. The host also gave us an early check-in time and quickly responded to any questions we had. Everyone was extremely happy with the house accommodations and we hope to return to The Lodge!

We had our family Thanksgiving here and it worked very well for that. This place has a STOCKED and spacious open kitchen with soooo many plates cups utensils and adequate cooking supplies, though perhaps bring your own sharp knives. Unlike other rentals this place actually had enough table seating for all 17 of us to sit and eat a meal together.
Bedrooms were comfortable and the couch and play areas were too. The younger kids loved that tabletop shuffleboard game, and the home had some board games too.
Some weird designs that would be annoying if you actually lived here- like many of the bathrooms had zero counter space- like the soap dispenser had to be placed inside the sink basin.
There were not enough trash bags or cleaning supplies so we had to go out and buy our own which was annoying, especially since the property manager didn’t reimburse us for this. For the very high price we paid plus the expectation to leave the place relatively clean this was annoying.
On the other hand we loved the sauna and hot tub, and there were hot tub towels in addition to shower towels. The view is of hunter mountain directly across the street and it’s easy to walk to the closest stores or onto the little walking paths by the mountain.

We had a great stay at this home. A group of 15 of us came for a close friend’s wedding, and this home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom and space with a big kitchen / living room space to hang out and even a game room area. The host was flexible with an early check in and late check out time. The property is large, but is surrounded immediately by neighbors on three sides, so privacy is limited, and we were careful not to disturb any neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

The Lodge was a very spacious and comfortable place. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas easily handled our large group. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Bedrooms were comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Plenty of room outside to relax by the pool, hot tub with large picnic table by the grill when we cooked out. The windows from the kitchen that open to the back deck onto a counter top and stools is a great touch.
The Staymarquis staff readily responded to any questions we had and check-in/out was very easy.
A 4-star rating was given because the game room was not able to be utilized as we planned or anticipated. Shuffle board had no sand, while the darts for the dart board and the pool cues had no tips making all three activities unusable. Pool was enjoyable but the water wasn't as clear as it should have been. Finally, though the settings were adjusted properly, the refrigerator didn't keep items as cold as it should have nor did the freezer keep items frozen.
I'm sure these are all quick fixes, as the facility is gorgeous and definitely a place to stay.
