Overall a good experience loved the front and back porch. Was a little disappointed about the neighboring Dogs and someone burning trash. But nice house not to far from town.

We really enjoyed our stay! The bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything was conveniently located and easy to find. My kids loved the decor! The first thing they did was to start on the Pokémon puzzle while I made dinner :) We had no trouble checking in or out, and the cleaning requests were very reasonable. Overall a great, hassle-free place to stay in a lovely town.

Absolutely loved the stay here! The online pictures of the house didn’t do it enough justice compared to being there in person! Me and my friends really enjoyed being there and have already discussed the possibilities of coming back in the future!

The Kanto place was extremely comfortable, clean, and very well-appointed. We liked the relaxed vibe of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient area and great backyard for our pets. Beds were comfy. Bathroom a little bit small but OK. Didn't think that it should've been a requirement to have to change the sheets before we left because we are already paying a cleaning fee.

Central location, quiet neighborhood, wish it had sidewalks, dog walks into town involved dodging traffic in the neighborhood. house was ideal for our use bringing our bloodhound.

Clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. I didn't get to really utilize the backyard but it's also a great space! Close to downtown and a short drive to Pisgah/Dupont.

The house was clean and well taken care of. It has a big fenced in back yard in the event that we bring our dog on the next trip.The location is perfect for getting around in Brevard.

Close to everything you would need and amazing parks and forests. Enjoyed the fenced back yard and deck. My husband and teen liked the gaming decor. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice stay. Would rent again.

The house was well supplied with the basics. I was not expecting to have to change the linens out before leaving. I think using COVID19 as an excuse to have your guests do normal work expected from your cleaning crew is ridiculous! You should be up front with that information prior to booking. We will most likely stay somewhere else next time.

The house is an older renovated property. The renovations are nicely done. If you rent this property be aware that heating and cooling is controlled using a Nest thermostat and you might want to refresh your knowledge before you arrive. The property is in Brevard City limits near College Walk which is an independent living community of older folks. The neighborhood has many older homes which hav been or are being renovated. Your neighbors are friendly and pleasant.
