● LOCATION & PARKING: Located in Greystone Heights, just 1-mile up mountain roads, 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg, 2 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park, and 7 miles from Pigeon Forge. Parking for up to 6 vehicles.

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide 2 high chairs, 1 pack n’ play, 1 full size crib, and baby gates where stairs apply.
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane.
6. Do you provide fire wood? – No need. All of the fireplaces are electric and fire pits run on gas.
7. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
9. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Not at this cabin.
10. Is the price flexible? - Stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%. We do NOT offer other discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees.
11. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay.
12. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made.
13. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
14. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
15. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us).
16. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
17. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 5 minute (1 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people.
18. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
19. Is this cabin secluded? – The cabin has 1 neighboring property to the left.
20. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular!
21. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website.
22. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks.
23. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi.
24. Do you ever reduce the stated prices? – If upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see.
25. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

We have been to Gatlinburg several times prior to this visit and have never experienced the luxuriousness of Heaven's Crown! The cabin is just as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures. This rental is one of the few that offers multiple master suites with private bathrooms which made the stay much more enjoyable for everyone. Our family ranges in ages 13-90 and the amenities offered on site kept us all entertained for an entire week. The pool, hot tubs, home theatre and game room made leaving the cabin a tough decision. The location is very close to all the activities on the parkway which made going back and forth quick and easy. I would definitely recommend booking this rental without delay.

This home is everything we could’ve imagined and more! We had 14 adults and 11 total kids in this home and we fit so comfortably. All the finishes were immaculate, the home came with everything we could possibly need and the views were unmatched.

From the time we arrived we felt at home! The house was clean, very organized, and huge! The view was absolutely spectacular!! It was so close to Gatlinburg. The bedrooms were large with comfortable mattresses! The kids had such a wonderful time with all the games! We would definitely return again to this property!!

Amazing property with all the amenities! We had 4 families and enjoyed everything! Kitchen had everything we needed, gorgeous views, fire pits, hot tubs and private pool!! Close to town and easy access to bypass into park or pigeon forge!! Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!!

Heaven’s Crown is to die for! We loved everything about it. Super family and kid friendly. Everything you need is onsite. The views were amazing. Great location that is close to the Gatlinburg strip and not far from Pigeon Forge and other attractions. Our family had a great time and would recommend this rental 1000 times over.

We have rented many homes over the years, mostly NC beach homes. This year, we decided to try the Smoky Mountains, and we drove from Iowa, Dallas and Miami, 17 of us. We absolutely loved this amazing home and all the amenities. The 8 grandkids, all under 8, loved the indoor pool, the arcade games and the fire pit, where we made s’mores many nights. The kitchen is complete with everything you could possibly want and we loved having 2 dishwashers. The nine bedrooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfortable and the nursery was a great touch. Each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom, with double sinks and walk in shower with a separate free standing tub. The furnishings and accessories are top notch and the view of the mountains was wonderful. There were so many thoughtful touches, too many to mention. We did not want to leave after 6 nights and we all want to come back to this amazing home!

This house was gorgeous!! Overlooking downtown Gatlinburg with a mountain view. This house has everything! Kitchen is loaded, I mean loaded with anything you could want. two fridges, two toasters, two coffee makers etc... plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs for everyone! every bedroom was perfection (except they could use some thinner pillows. Only complaint I could say was the pillows were too thick for most everyone in our group). The furniture was top of the line, I mean every single chair indoor and out was super comfortable! Rockers around the fire place were a very nice touch and very comfortable. Theatre chairs reclined all the way down and were so comfortable. The ride up and down to the cabin was a bit scary for us Florida folk, I specifically chose a lower cabin to avoid this but none of us wanted to do it in the dark so we stayed in. There are a few scary parts on the road up that is one lane basically. Saw a bear just down the road from the cabin driving out. House was very clean and every thing seemed brand new, and the touches from the wood ceilings to fireplaces in each room to the stone walls and flooring, I mean everything is just as gorgeous as the photos. We had a small issue with the cable going out but they responded super quickly and sent someone over to fix it.

Heaven’s cabin is truly Heaven. Great place with great decor and great amenities. Property manager was responsive, needed to get internet fixed which took a little longer to convince them that it is actually not working, then they fixed it. One of the bathroom’s toilet was not working, they fixed it. There was not enough soap to wash the clothes, so I suggest they provide that. There were not enough dishwashing pods, we had to buy those. The road up to the property is hard to navigate, especially after dark, one can miss the turns, if there is any way to put more signage to direct your guest to the cabins because the same
Property manager has more than one cabin I think next to each other. Other than that, me and my friends had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Our group of 12 adults & 6 children (7 families) loved this property! There was plenty of everything - plenty of space for sleeping, each family had their own bathroom, plenty of space to cook/for food storage, plenty of games/entertainment, etc. One thing I really appreciated about the house was the separate door lock for the indoor pool room. It was easy to keep the code from the children, so we didn't have to worry about them accessing the pool without an adult. Any question I had was answered promptly by the property manager. I would definitely rent this house again!

If I could give this house 10 stars I really would! We rent vacation homes all across the world and this Heaven’s Crown was one of the best we have ever stayed at! From the first second you walk in and notice the cleanliness of the house to then realizing you never have to leave the house with all the fun things to do inside the house, you can’t go wrong with this property! The views were breathtaking. Waking up to the mountains and having a cup of coffee while the sun comes up was pretty perfect. We are very picky about furniture when we stay at a rental house and every single spot in house in every level had outstanding comfy furniture. Highly recommend!

Property itself was fabulous. However, the road to the cabin up the side of the mountain was a little daunting (two lane turning into one lane). The property was clean and well furnished. Plenty of room to handle our 14 guests.

17 of us from all over the US. For the past 20 years I find an amazing home somewhere, that fits everyone's needs. Nine perfect bedrooms, with super comfy beds, all the same with ensuite baths. Four on the main level for us older folks. Open concept so we can all be in the same area. Views from all levels of the town of Gatlinburg and mountains - simply beautiful. The kitchen is better stocked than my own - everything you would ever need. We like to cook dinners as a group and this kitchen was perfect. The down stairs level was used every day with so many game tables, enjoyed by all. We enjoyed this modern and clean home and can't praise it enough.

This property was simply perfect for a gathering of extended family. It had it all … views of downtown Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains; everything we needed in the kitchen to repeatedly entertain … both indoor and outdoor; game room, hot tubs and pool; spent every evening around the fire pit! The host contact, Matt, was very responsive and spot on with his guidance. Every aspect of this home is of the highest quality. If you are looking for a place to have an amazing mountain experience with a large group, you simply must check this out.

Plenty of room for our family of ten! The home was gorgeous and completely stocked with everything we needed. The game room kept us busy all week and the location was perfect. We did see bears walking behind the house but we followed posted directions and were perfectly safe.

Everything about Heaven’s Crown is first class. It starts with the booking process and continues through the check out.
Matt is a true professional and addresses any issues immediately. His staff, especially Josh, are the best.
The house itself is actually better then what the pictures depict! Also, the location makes it a breeze to get in and out of Gatlinburg even when the traffic gets bad.
Yes the house is pricey but you truly get what you pay for with Heaven’s Crown!

My car club invited members and family to our retreat. Everyone was impressed with the property. Every room was impressive to include each bathroom. The entertainment level was awesome to include the indoor pool, hot tubs and theater room. We even got to see the local bears that stopped by for a visit. Even the beds were soft and relaxing, the best I have experienced. I will enjoy this experience and all of my friends and family are looking forward to returning soon.

This home is everything you want in a vacation home and more! The view is indescribable. Our favorite thing was the fire table and fire pit on the main deck!
They were so beautiful all lit up at night with the back drop of the city lights. We will never forget. you would think that would be enough, but there is much much more! The down stairs resort-style game room is out of this world. You name, it they have it. The other highlight of this home was relaxing in the outstanding hot tubs with views that go on forever from the deck. We thank-you for sharing your home with us. We give the experience a 10 all the way!

The cabin met every need of our couples trip! Check in was easy. There were a few leaks due to the weather and Matthew responded immediately. This cabin is also equipped with a generator. Every cabin was without power due to the weather except Heaven's Crown. We hired a chef and she shared how well equipped the kitchen was. It had EVERYTHING she needed and more. The views are breathtaking! The rooms are comfortable! I have ZERO complaints about the cabin. I highly recommend you book it. I can't wait to return to Heaven's Crown!

This was an absolutely beautiful home and the location was perfect. My family used the game room and movie room every night. This is where the majority of us hung out. I can’t say enough about Heaven’s Crown and how our entire family were blown away by this property. Do not delay and book this place for a large group or family to have an awesome time. Everyone enjoyed their own master suite with a private bathroom and of course, the large gathering areas and the amazing game room, theater, and the pool and hot tubs. There are not enough words to say about this wonderful property! We had no desire to leave the house (and didn't for the first 2 days we were there). From the views, the deck, game room to the fabulous kitchen, there wasn't anything that we would have changed. A great place to go with a large family or group of friends!

The property was beautiful and so well thought out! Kitchen was well stocked and the cabin had everything in it for a wonderful family vacation! The single lane private road could be tricky to navigate in ice or snow but being confined to this cabin for a week would be a lot of fun!!

This house was an amazing place to stay for our family vacation. My adult children, grandchildren, and elderly parents all had things to do. All had a great time.
The house was well furnished and had everything we needed to cook meals. Our only suggestion would be to have better towels and maybe towels for the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable, no one had any complaints about sleep.
We will definitely rent again.
