Lovely stay at the Russell court from the delicate exuberant decor to the comfortable beds( no stiffness) and the great Seaview of the prom and pier etc ( the sunset and the sun hitting the water was picture perfect) I can't even complain about the sea cold as we had the radiators on even though we struggled to work it at first but i manage to work it out for my parents.Victoria was always on hand with an assuring response which was helpful. There is also parking at the front or near by on the side road although sometimes it's a struggle but that's understandable. Free WiFi can't complain! My mum and dad forgot the teabags so they were happy when they found complimentary teabag/milk and coffee machine. You also get a number of towels each and a handwash/ shampoo/ conditioner to use if you use the bath or shower.
We couldn't find the recycling bin but no worry. Everything above expectations and we enjoyed ourselves so no complaints here other than the pending security transactions.
We would definately come back!

The decor is beautiful and we appreciated the quality luxury furnishings. Plenty of space for a family of four and 2 dogs. Loved the sea view from the master bedroom. The location is perfect for a saunter down the prom.

Beautifully decorated, warm, cosy, chic and tasteful. Ideally located with unrestricted parking outside property - close to amenities but not right in the heart of things so peaceful and quiet at night. Beautiful views.
Nothing- it was perfect.

Amazing gaff. Beautiful and spotless, with an incredible view of the sea and the Great Orme.

Beautifully decorated, very clean property in a beautiful location. There is lots to see and do within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable.
The Suite is almost perfect. Our only negative comment is that wi-fi is great in all the rooms except the sitting room, where it was non-existent.

Amazing location, beautifully presented and decorated. Fantastic attention to detail.
The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep I had in years. The bathrooms were lovely, kitchen well equipped for short stay.
Communication with Victoria was professional and timely.
Would love to return.
Thanks so much Victoria x
Parking was a nightmare. As a family with a teen and dog we had quite a few bags and odds and ends to transfer from car so wanted to be close by. Despite pouring rain so less day trippers, it took ages to park.
No instructions about recycling so we bought a lot home!

We loved the property it was stylish and so clean, it’s been planned to such a high standard we loved it. The sea views are amazing, always parking options and we loved the location with the walk along the promonade into the main pier/ town.
For some people the walk may be a little far but we personally loved it.

We were self catering, kitchen clean and well equipped xx
One or two tiny things missing. It would have been good to have a hook on the back of bathroom door to hang your towel or dressing gown up.
Also it would have been lovely to have a couple of wine glasses.

the location is spot on - on the seafront.
The design is bright and stylish and full of flair with a home from home feel - lots of tiny details have been thought through so well.
A welcoming hallway - full of interest - in Farrow and Ball type colours leads into an eclectic lounge - finally a TV that works with all the necessary apps and really good Wi-Fi.
a really well equipped kitchen with plenty of coffee capsules and tea bags - I think of a good coffee as a human right and my rights were satisfied.
plenty of knives, forks etc - so many places skimp.
great kitchen table and contemporary design - all brand new and super showroom clean.
brilliant beds and bedding - great wardrobe space - plenty of hangers - well equipped bathrooms with the same “House and Garden” feel as every other detail.
this was a delightful place to stay - Llandudno was not a place I ever though I’d visit - but this is the George V of holiday lets.
I own a 12 bed hotel in the country - I need Victoria and her partner to come and show my team how it’s done!
top top notch!!!!

beautifully decorated rooms, very comfortable and great location
the only thing that you could do to improve the stay was larger bath towels

The location was great, and the apartment was outstanding, beautifully decorated in a fantastic period property right on the beach front.
We'd love to go back.
Some of the windows at back dont open & we stayed on a beautifully warm weekend so them opening would have been great.
We stayed with another couple, from pictures we could see bedrooms were fairly equal, however one has an incredible master bathroom & this was a conversation on who was getting it!
