I was sadly disappointed. The home was not a welcoming environment and I left early everyday and came back late at night

the location

I feel the property was falsely advertised. I was in a room within a family home. My bathroom was not private and shared with family members. The washroom was not clean and full of family personal items. The bedroom walls were unclean and could desperately use a fresh code of paint. I am not sure why it was called a BAndB as there was no breakfast. I think the portion of the house that they have turned into a private suite is feasible but trying to extend the amount of guest they can accommodate by access a room in their home is a stretch.

Please follow whats on ur description on your website.. if u post there is aircon then u must give ur client airconditio

Noisy room mate, we are assuming that our room was airconditioned because that was written in the description but it turns out that is not.. and they gave us a very noisy electric fan and its annoying we can’t sleep the whole 2 nights..and also the description is there is bathrobes and slippers but everything is nothing.. no slippers no bathrobes our bed sheet ang pillows has also stain.☹️☹️

Friendly, comfortable, quite close to the beach

The location was great, the host was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy

The room was too close to the family dining area, so quite noisy at times.

Rate it as a boarding house. 3 stars.

Very little. Booked as an Airbnb. Supposed to be separated from owner and family.

Shared bathrooms with people other than our friends. Our rooms separated. We booked for 4 bedrooms. We got 2 in unit area. 1 upstairs in house and 1 downstairs in house. I bathroom in unit area. Told we could use others but they were also used by owners family.

The stay was fine for the price. My son lives close by. I was visiting him so the location was good.

There was no breakfast. The location was perfect for me. There was no air conditioning but the fan provided did the job.

The bed was too hard. Other guests were noisy after 10pm and then early (7:00am). The waste paper basket in the bathroom was not emptied.

Pay little more and get a motel for much worth

The family rents out the office room The grandma moved out of the office room and is rented as is!!

There is no furniture or nothing for guest use, not even a single mirror. There is tread mill in the corner of the room which takes all space. The office den has two glass doors which gives no privacy at all with the transparent curtains they’ve used. No clean linen/ clean room. Very dusty and stuffed room

Dirty and cheap

The owner accommodated my late arrival due to poor highway condition.

The room, floors, bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The bathroom was gross, with dirty toilet, dirty sink with toothpaste and hair everywhere. Did not even use the bathroom in the morning, went to a coffee house up the street instead. Very narrow steep staircase, I doubt it is legal. The owner rents 3 units, so you are in a house with strangers. the rooms have cheap knob locks so it's not safe for solo female travellers. Could hear the man next door snore all night since walls are paper thin. Would never stay again. Did not get any sleep.

Comfortable bed.

Cleaner came in at 10am (checkout was at 12pm). They need to let us make and have breakfast in peace and checkout before they come in. Fridge too small for 6 guests in 3 rooms.

Very pleasant stay for the money and I would definitely recommend to others.

Clean and tidy, good value for the cost of staying there and the location nice a central overall a pleasant stay

A little tricky to find if you do not have navigation or access to navigation via your phone

Very pleasant stay albeit basic but well within what you would have expected for the value you paid for the room

Parking, couldn't get out when I needed to but that's a lesson leant to park off the drive in the future

Paper thin walls provided no insulation from other guests in close proximity including shared bathroom.
