A lovely little studio with nicely stocked facilities. The sheets were lovely and soft, the bed very comfortable. There was a TV which we used to snuggle and watch a film on in the evening as it had Netflix access (may have also had others, we didn't check past Netflix). Everything was very clean and I always got a quick response if I needed help. Also, the scones, jam and cream in the fridge was a lovely surprise. I couldn't recommend this little place enough.

Clean, good location, good host, had everything we needed for a short weekend break.
Add more comfy chairs.
It was particularly cold this week and so an extra heater would be desirable for such weeks.

I booked this for my Mum and she said Donna was very friendly and welcoming. She helped with her cases on arrival and provided milk and cream tea with scones which was lovely. Great location, easy access for beach and bus routes.
Slightly confused when trying to find the property due to the name being different but Donna came to find me when I called which was lovely 😊

Our hosts were absolutely lovely, really friendly and kind. They went above and beyond, even sending to us an item we'd left behind in a shop in Dawlish! The location was great and there was a scenic walk down to the beach. Relaxing sound of fountain in their garden outside our window. We'll definitely be staying there again if we come back to the area.
Everything was perfect.

Lovely friendly welcome, a very private and comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was provided including a lovely cream tea. The bed is a very comfortable, useful garden space to sit out. Only a short walk to both the beach and the local pub, The cafe on the beach was delightful and the pub served an excellent evening meal.
Could do with a small sofa or softer chairs to relax in the evening after dark, otherwise could not fault the stay.

Self catering room with everything you would need such as microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge. Spacious accommodation. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Excellent location to get into nearby resorts. Bus service stops just outside property and costs just £2 to go either way from Paignton in the south to Exeter going north.
No wardrobe. There were hooks but only 3 hangers. We were happy to live out of the suitcase so not a problem for us. There is an iron and ironing board so all was good.

Donna was amazing, she was easy to contact and extremely accommodating. She took time to explain the local routes and attractions, she even fished out a local cab card for my convenience. The place was completely clean and aesthetically organised. Everything was more than sufficient for me so 11/10.

Our host was very welcoming. Lovely cream tea awaited us. Pretty outdoor space which was private to the cabin. Excellent shower and the whole cabin was immaculate and spotlessly clean. Only 5 minutes from the sea wall where you could walk easily to Teignemouth.
WiFi was good .We found the TV a little tricky but it certainly didn't impact on our enjoyment of the cabin.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay and the host were amazing. Beach on doorstep. The bus route is great too. Cream tea and other personal touches were lovely. Already looking to book again

It was lovely and peaceful. The host Donna was absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. Excellent freshly made scones on arrival.
Because it was so hot and humid. My partner and I both feel a fan would have been needed to help keep the holiday room cool at night..

Self contained accommodation. Places of interest to visit, including Drogo Castle NT. The Castle Pub (nothing to do with Drogo very friendly. Brochure in accommodation containing useful info. Donna and Brian very helpful. Liked the cream scone on arrival. Dawlish town with very pleasant centre. Easy to park after 6.30pm
No wardrobe available to hang clothes but hangers, but ok for long weekend. Surroundings rather hilly for us at our age, but scenic, Suggest fire heating appliance removed to make room for wardrobe. Mobile electric/oil heater replacement. Just a suggestion for more comfort.

The accomodation was excellent there was brilliant communication with the hosts via the booking app always keeping us updated. The room was perfect having everything we could possibly need, not to mention the cream tea on arrival. Definitely will re-book 🙂and recommend 👍

The host met us on the day of arrival and showed us around the apartment and fully explained to us about all the facilities and the location of the beach which is only a short walk away. The apartment was spotless the bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. You have your own private entrance and a small courtyard area to sit outside. Communication between ourselves and the host before arrival was excellent answering any queries promptly. We cannot fault our stay, the location is great the host is friendly and made us feel very welcome. Definitely stay again.

The place is quiet and comfortable.
Perfect for exploring the Devon coast.
Ah, so, My fault entirely I didn't read all the details but there was no hob/oven.
A microwave, Yes.
Unfortunately I'm not so good at cooking but know how to use an oven. Never really used a microwave. But hey I learned, a bit.....

The people that run it are genuinely lovely and couldn’t do enough to help you.
There was nothing to dislike.

spotlessly clean

Incredible host and a lovely room with all the ammenties you could need.
The scones with jam and cream left by the host were 10/10
And only a stones throw from the beach
Little hard to find. Maybe a sign showing location would be handy

As we were visiting friends in the area, it was a very handy location. The host was very helpful and happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The one main problem with the property was that you could not use the freeview television. I thought that, due to having 2 dogs, it would have been handy to have access to a sweeping brush and mop.
4.7
Modern, private, dog friendly accommodation. Well equipped plus thoughtful welcoming extras e.g. milk, tea, coffee, condiments, toiletries. Such a lovely gesture to be provided with a cream tea on arrival. Our little dog was also provided for with a fresh bowl of water.
Very friendly hosts.
Nothing.

Dog friendly, considerate host, thoughtful unexpected extras to allow for what might have been forgotten when packing. On a bus route so able to leave car if preferred. Pleasant outside space for warmer weather.
Wet towel had nowhere to ‘hang’ - radiator small not easily accessible.

The guest house was very well done and to a high standard.
Very clean and tidy and facilities were top notch! Would definitely stay here again.
Owners were really friendly and welcoming! I even had a homemade cream tea on arrival, which was amazing!
As the name suggests it is a stones throw from the beach!
Would highly recommend! 5star!!!! 😊
There was nothing to dislike about the place!
