About this house rental

Located in the heart of Point Judith. Deceptively large 5 bedroom beach house that more than comfortably sleeps 12 and located right between both Scarborough Beach and Roger Wheeler Beach, and one block down from Fisherman's Memorial State Park. Immaculately clean and well maintained house. Enormous great room with wet bar and all the top gadgets and amenities to make entertaining at home the "where it's at" of your RI beach vacation. Plenty of privacy and seating areas in the large private grassy backyard provide more space to gather together enjoying the long summer nights in Narragansett.

The home layout: 5 spacious bedrooms: 4 each with queen beds and a 5th bedroom with bunk over full and additional twin trundle. Unlike many Narragansett rentals, each bedroom has pillows, quilts and fresh clean linens ready for you at check in. All bath towels and beach towels are also provided for guests.

There are 2 full bathrooms, an additional half bath and a large stone tiled outdoor shower to hose the kids off after a long beach day and enjoy a hot shower under the stars at night.

The spacious kitchen has all the necessities to cook and entertain inside and out. Stocked with enough dishes, flatware and glasses to easily serve 20. There is seating for 14 inside the kitchen and the newly expanded deck has an outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 14, along with comfortable glider rockers, and other seating sets for another 12. The great room also boasts plenty of indoor seating options for the whole family, a 75" smart tv, and tables for included card games, board games and puzzles. Best of all is a wet bar with additional beverage refrigerator alongside various blenders, a margarita maker, professional milkshake machine, popcorn maker and many other gadgets and glassware to enjoy the best of home entertaining so you never need to leave home at night! The great room patio opens through sliders to the backyard oasis patio.

In addition to the newly expanded deck, the outside living spaces include a stone patio area with gas firepit and tons of additional comfy seating options to spend those long lazy outdoor evenings relaxing after a day at the beach. Private and sizable backyard for playing cornhole, bocce, croquet or any of the other many included lawn games conveniently located in the outdoor shed that also houses plenty of new comfortable beach chairs, coolers and bikes for your beach days and exploring the area. There is a cooking area with an outside propane grill and lobster boil burner with both lobster pot and steamer pan so you can enjoy the fresh off-the-boat seafood you can get right down the road at the port of Galilee, an authentic New England fishing village.

This home has 3 zone central AC (upstairs/downstairs/great room), ceiling fans in every room, TV and WiFi. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

Couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend our week in Rhode Island. The owners are very welcoming. The home has everything you need and is kept very clean and organized. Two state beaches are a very short drive from the house. Proximity to Block Island Ferries is also nice. Likely to book again.

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect this house was for our week in Narragansett! From the get go, the owners were welcoming, kind, and are so attentive to all the details. We immediately felt at home upon arrival (to a spotless house!) There isn't a single thing you could need - plenty of beds, sitting areas, towels, dishes, appliances, games - you name it, they have it! The house is deceivingly large and accommodated our multi-generational family well. Close to the beaches, shops, ferry - it's the perfect spot tucked in a quiet little neighborhood off the main road. Allison and Christian, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family, and for being so sweet to our little guy. Your hospitality far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to renting from you in the future!

We had a fantastic week staying at 3 Terra Drive for our annual family vacation! The house was comfortable and big enough for three families to share. There was plenty of space in all areas of the house, including the beautiful backyard that we relaxed in every night. It was clear how much thought and care the homeowners put into this house; there was everything we needed and more. Appliances and furniture were all updated and modern. The house was conveniently located to everything that we needed, with multiple beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and pickleball courts all within a 10-minute drive. The homeowner was very responsive and thoughtful in making sure our families had a great stay.

The home was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything needed during our stay. There is nothing you will need that won't be there. The beds were VERY comfortable, the hosts were very responsive and considerate and even left little treats for the kiddos (thank you!) Best of all, the house is a minute away from one of the best beaches in Rhode Island. Highly recommended from someone who has rented vacation homes all over the country. This was one of the very best.

Beautiful home with every possible amenity you could want! The ad says “deceptively large” and it really is! Seven adults and we never once felt cramped or in each others space. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. Central air throughout, new appliances and spotlessly clean! Close to beaches and restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is so quiet. The owners were so easy to communicate with. They answered every question immediately and were very helpful with local info such as beach passes etc. So many special touches really made our stay amazing; plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, indoor and outdoor games, bikes and the backyard is amazing! So much room! It was so nice to hang out there with the whole family. The milkshake machine was probably the hit of the week😀 Allison and Christian could not have been more gracious and we look forward to returning!!
