Guest Access:
Enjoy total privacy with exclusive access to the entire beach house, just a few steps away from the ocean. We provide the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer, ample parking for up to 4 cars under the house/driveway, and additional parking available in the lot to the right of the home. Our contactless check-in/out ensures a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The Neighborhood:
Ample parking is provided with space for up to 4 cars available under the house/driveway. Extra parking is conveniently located in an open lot to the right of the home, adjacent to Family Tides. .

Getting Around:
Within a convenient 10-mile radius, you'll find the vibrant heart of Crystal Beach offering a range of attractions, including golf cart rentals, dining options, shopping, coffee shops, delightful snow cones, and an exciting water slide. Just a ferry ride away, historic Galveston Island awaits, with its diverse offerings such as Moody Gardens, the Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn Galveston, and an abundance of fresh seafood dining experiences.

At Family Tides, we've meticulously curated essential amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience. From docking/charging stations to quality linens, brand new beds, extra blankets, and towels, along with top-notch kitchen appliances and four hairdryers, we've got you covered. Additionally, we provide a starter supply of cleaning supplies and paper products for your convenience.

As you soak in the coastal ambiance, we recommend packing sunscreen and bug spray to make the most of your outdoor adventures. Please remember to bring your own toiletries for your stay. For your entertainment pleasure, we offer a selection of cards, board games, and Smart TVs.

Families with furry friends will be delighted to know that we welcome one dog under 20 lbs. with a non-refundable pet fee of $125 (please note, no cats allowed). Your safety and comfort are our utmost priorities, which is why we've also provided a fenced-in yard for the kids and pets to play safely while you relax and enjoy your stay.
