The stay was fantastic. House was clean, charming, comfortable and great location

House was great and location provided walking access to historic Leesburg town center.

Wonderful location in a beautiful town! So close to restaurants and the downtown area!
Would have loved to enjoy your outdoor area more, but the heat of 100 degrees kept us from that enjoyment.

Perfect location for a shot stay!

Perfect location for staying in Leesburg! Right next door to an adorable coffee and ice cream shop, and right around the corner from all of the fabulous restaurants and shops in historic Leesburg! The street is super quiet and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, especially to share with 4 people, but it's cute and bright. Downstairs is bright and comfortable for reading and visiting. We have stayed in several different places in Leesburg as we have family in town and this has been one of our favorite places.😊

Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!

We LOVED this property. The absolute best location...walking distance to everything you need and most of the places we wanted to visit. Beds are super comfortable and has all the comforts of home. Thank you for making sure we had laundry detergent, shampoo, coffee and all the extras! We will be back!

Lovely historic home, renovated. Upstairs comfy bedroom (extra BR we did not use), renovated bath with new fixtures and glassed in shower. Downstairs eat in kitchen and living room. Owner was in communication and easy to access to answer the only question we had. Great convenient spot to stay in historic Leesburg! Only two more minor complaints: keycode for door seemed unnecessarily long and complex, and there was one "zone" for heat and the thermostat was upstairs, resulting in downstairs being chilly. But overall, we liked it and would stay there again!

Very convenient for family visiting for a wedding in Leesburg. Family also had the place next door.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and had a 5 star experience. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and little touches that made the stay feeling a hotel but still cozy! They had chilled glasses in the freezer, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, comfy beds, and beautiful decor.
The location to downtown was unmatched! We will definitely be back for an anniversary in the future. Seriously, cannot say enough great things about this home!

We had such a wonderful stay in Leesburg!
The place was perfect!!
The location was so convenient!!
Parking was no problem (even with street closures due to the plant festival)
We would totally stay at this location again!!

The actual grid of the city of Leesburg is very small so there are not many options to stay in the walkable areas of the city. This location is very close to the restaurants and bars, but still off the beaten path enough to avoid most of the noise from the nightlife and pedestrians.
I highly recommend this VRBO. It's quirky and has some of the old touches from when it served as a law office. You have to be able to do stairs to stay here. The bathroom and two bedrooms are upstairs. There's plenty of room for someone to sleep on the couch downstairs. The backyard is private and has a patio table that would be great for al fresca meals.
