An indirect hot water heater provides a near endless reserve of hot water so you can warm up with a shower without having to wait (except for the other person hogging the bathroom ;)

The AC is a ductless system with one powerful yet super quiet minisplit head located in the Dining Area that efficiently and quickly cools the entire apartment.

A hot-spot casts secure, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Ethernet ports are hard-wired in both bedrooms and the living room
