About this house rental
Welcome to Joshua Tree Vacation Station, where our doorstep is your first stop on the way to your Joshua Tree adventure.
The house is close to everything. You are a few minutes from town and down the road from the park entrance! Everything you could possibly need is at the house and for guests to use! Enjoy this updated home, BBQ, outdoor patio to watch the stars during these lovely spring evenings.
The space
The home has been newly remodeled with updated flooring, a bright kitchen and a spacious living area. There is heating, A/C, WIFI, and Roku enabled TVs. We also have books, movies and games so that you can enjoy the perfect evening in after a long day. This is a private smoke-free home. You will be sent a number code for the front door upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay.
The Kitchen: The dining table with 6 chairs, there is also a highchair in the master bedroom for your little one if needed. There is stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and granite countertops, pots/pans, utensils, glassware, table settings, dish towels, dishwasher detergent and soap. Other amenities include a French Press and drip coffee maker with Joshua Tree Coffee Company coffee, microwave oven and a small cooler for a picnic in the park. There is a trash can and recycle bin (under the sink). There are also maps and guides on the wall of things to do and places to visit that guest have left when they have stayed here.
The Living Area: The Flat Screen TV is Roku enabled and has Hulu and Netflix ready for you to sign in and pick up your favorite show where you left off at home. There is also a DVD player with a handful of kid and non-kid friendly DVDs. The table by the front door has games, puzzles and toys for our guests to use while they are at the house. The Wifi is free and the TVs are on a different Wifi so your connection should not be slowed down by any of the house appliances.
Other Amenities: There is a wall heater and AC that will help for those colder winter days and warmer summer nights. The house also has a private patio & backyard, open space behind us with unobstructed views facing the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) Mountains, a BBQ with grilling set in the backyard, outdoor chairs and a private backyard. Please don’t use the in house utensils, pots and pans on the BBQ. The property has an exterior camera monitoring the exterior of the home.
*If you are staying for longer than 7 days, you will have access to the garage where we have a washer, dryer and cleaning supplies that you can use during your stay.
Parking: Please feel free to park in the driveway or on the street. Please don’t park on the dirt in front of the house.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home except for the garage. There is a keypad on the front door and the guest will be given their code 24 hours in advance of their stay. The code will work the entire time of their stay.
If you plan on staying for longer than a week, we can give you access to the garage for access to the washer / dryer if needed.

This was the perfect weekend getaway location. Everything we needed was there & the beds were SO comfy!!! 10/10 would stay here again!
