The property had a great open concept feel and had more than enough space for my group. We were met at the airport by property manager Rosemarie, who assisted us with finding the property. She also showed us the main grocery store on our way there. They had a well stock pantry and guests were free to use the wide range of items available. They also had a/c in all the rooms, which helped on the hot days. While the property did seem a bit out of the way at first, it was actually only about 7 mins from the center of town and 15 to 20 mins to Grand Anse Beach. The property also had a great view from the balconies and we were allowed to enjoy the mango trees that were in season while we were there. Great place to stay.

The property manager, Rosemarie, met us at the airport and led us back to the house, (we were in a rental car). The house is beautiful, just as pictured, with a fantastic view and everything you need. The driveway (and really all the roads in Grenada) is really steep. The house is in a good location if you want to see a lot of the island beyond St George's. It's only 10-15 minutes to the downtown area and beaches, and you're that much closer to Annandale, Grand Etang and Mt QuaQua, Seven Sisters, Mt Carmel, and Concord waterfalls, Laura Spice and Herb Garden, La Sagesse Bay, etc. We saw it all during our week in Grenada. Rosemarie was extremely helpful and always available for questions/advice. I would definitely stay there again. I miss it already.

This is a beautiful property that has everything you need for a lovely holiday in Grenada. The rooms are large, the bedrooms have very comfy beds and the kitchen is very well equipped. You definitely need a car as it is around 15 mins to Grand Anse beach (closest) and the supermarkets. Food is extremely expensive in Grenada and something we were not prepared for. To give you an example, for 1 medium size tomato you will pay around £3! We always choose self catering so are experienced in shopping wisely to maximise our budget but were not prepared for this. It’s such a shame that locals do not grow their own and then sell on the side of the road - what a missed opportunity. Some vegetables are expensive too and everything imported such as diet Sprite is mega expensive expensive. The only other slightly negative comment is the amount of dogs that bark continuously day and night - quite hard to ignore so be prepared if considering Grenada. Rosemarie was very attentive and collects you from the airport to show you were the house is - a must as it is VERY hard to find otherwise. A very nice stay and I recommend this house for families or friends.

The villa is situated away from the busy coastline in the hills overlooking Mt.Parnassus community about a 30 min drive from the airport and 20 min to Grand Anse beach. The villa is very spacious with a large, roofed terrace with comfortable chairs from where one has a phantastic view over the landscape. The kitchen is large and very well equipped and one finds many things like sugar, flour, salt, pepper etc. Upstairs are two very large bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. and one room for ironing. Good workig internet. All windows have insect screens. House is very clean. While the villa offers everything for a relaxed stay there are no sufficient words to highlight the help of Rosemary, the mnager of the villa. Rosemary not only welcomed us at the airport ( delayed flight and lengthy immigration process), but she waited until we had rented a car and then guided us with her car to the Spiceland shopping mall so that we cood get food for the next days. She then guided us to the house with her car. We would have never found it by ourselves and so her guidance was essential. Upon arrival she introduced us to the house and explained many things. Upon departure, she came early in the morning to check us out. We are very thankful for her assistance. If one wants to get a better feeling of life on Grenada and does therefor not want to stay in the tourist hotel complexes, this may be one of the best options. A rented car is almost essential. The driveway up to the villa is steep.

Everything was absolutely to our expectations. Rosemarie was a great hostess/property manager. She met us at the airport and we followed behind in the rental to the property. Showed us around and explained how things worked and where to find things. Asked about going to Carriacou Island and she got all the information in detail and called us back. Beautiful home and well-cared for. I definitely would stay here if I ever come back to Grenada. My stepson who visits about twice a year for business says he will stay here if it’s available. I give it a 10
