I stayed during Ramadan so shared the iftar meal with other guests, for free. This was a highlight for me because I loved being able to participate in this special tradition, like sharing a family meal.
The beds are comfy enough for me for a short stay and felt acceptably clean. All the facilities (bedroom, toilets, shower) are very basic but for the price the value for money is extremely good!! I have paid more for a single evening meal in Marrakech than two night's stay here.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated - providing me with free water and toilet paper, letting me in after the doors have locked at night, and helping me to store my luggage in the cupboards. 10/10 would recommend!!
The facilities are completely basic but honestly really good for the price. It's great for solo travellers but probably a bit too little privacy/comfort/convenience for families.
The Medina can be a slightly intimidating place to navigate at night - I found it best to stay in after dark.

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal.
Schöne Terrasse
Das Bettlaken war leider etwas dreckig, haben aber dann ein neues bekommen :)

The location is good, between Casa Port train station and Hassan II Mosque.
I couldn't take the late (9:00 -10:00) breakfast because my train was leaving earlier than that time ☹️
It will help if the reception staff could speak at a comprehensive level either French or English. The communication with the woman at the reception desk was confusing and misguiding.
2.5
Free bread and soup in evening during Ramadan. Sits on a square with cafes ,trees and a shop only 50 m from main road so you don't need to walk through the medina.
Very basic.

-We could leave our luggage in a locked room at the reception after we checked out.
-Nice staff
-Dirty
-Looks like a prison
-Felt unsave to go to the (very dirty) bathroom in the night
-Noisy (the rooms are connected, so you hear everything)
-No hot water
I recommend to spend more money and go to a different place.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful. It’s good value for money
The showers had no hot water. The area around the hostel felt a bit unsafe at night, but I think it’s just the city.
3.5
Cheap, comfortable beds and warm rooms
Cannot stay outside after 11 and the bathroom wasn't clean
