Location and breakfast offering

Cups and ice buckets located by ice machines and not in the rooms. If you don’t go to the ice machine you would not know cups were there instead of in the bathrooms . Air conditioner was really buzzy and very noisy when trying to sleep. Don’t have connecting rooms that share a wall share the same wall with the bed, could hear snoring very easily thru the wall

A bit pricey, but nice.

Good selection for breakfast items. Adequate time frame for breakfast serving hours. Plenty of seating area.

Jeepers, I would have thought you'd have a hot tub. :( Pool water was too cool!! Only 1 elevator was working, so for mornings we had to wait awhile to get an elevator. After my shower I dripped water on the bathroom floor, so I wiped it up. The washcloth from the wipe-up was filthy. How often do you clean the floors in the room?

Wonderful stay

Breakfast was good Parking was good Staff were wonderful Rooms were clean as well as common areas

The rear door handle is installed upside down so you have to push it up. There are no instruction about this. The hotel directions on google take you to the address 981 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy but not to the hotel which is 981 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy S (we just used the Hampton Inn as our point) There is no bench for smokers at the rear door It would be wonderful to have an outdoor pool

I’m very impressed with the quality and value

So clean great beds and pillows friendly staff and cool decor. I like the simplicity and the basics . What needed to be there was and you got rid of the unneccesaries.

Too much waste with breakfast with the wrapped cups not necessary. Anyway to reduce waste while staying economical?
