Comfortable and affordable room with convenient access to Univ. of Santo Tomas and downtown Legazpi

The management is exceptionally accommodating and helpful, the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the location is ideal to reach Univ. of Santo Tomas and on a jeepney route to downtown and the malls, and I loved ordering take-out and eating at picnic tables in the courtyard that also services the coffee shop and brew pub that are on the ground level. My room (Rm. 5) had a balcony doors that opened to a magnificent view of Mt. Mayon, the iconic volcano just north of Legazpi.

When it was time to check out, I couldn’t find anyone at reception to notify that the room was vacated. I didn’t want to leave the room with the key in it, so I gave my room key to someone else staying at the hotel to return to the front office/reception. My suggestion is to post a sign in the reception area when no one will be around for awhile.

Clean stay in middle of busy city

The property itself was really clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and the craft beer bar and coffee shop under the hotel were a great place for a drink/light food.

The room would benefit from a fridge/kettle. The location in Legazpi is just off the Main Street so is a bit noisy at times.

Recommended for good location, clean facilities, welcoming staff.

The location is ideal for access to University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and room rate is fair. I recommend highly.

No late-check-out grace period. If you want to stay longer than official check-out time, there's a fee of PHP 150 per hour. Many hotels offer a one-hour late check-out on request.

Fantastic stay at affordable price!

Big, spacious, comfy room. Room 5 has view of Mt Mayon and you could see the lava flowing down at night. Rather magical. Aircon and bed were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner also recommended lots of great things to do in other cities.

The location wasn't listed on grab maps so it was a bit harder to get a grabcar booking. It is however listed on google maps. The location is a bit away from the city centre but it's alright if you have a car/bike

Comfortable lodging, friendly staff, convenient location

The place in general is very clean, and the room was very comfortable -- neat and pleasantly fragrant. The staff provided great service, in particular the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. The room TV worked really well and the internet was okay. Very convenient location for access to USTL campus.

The facility was one of the best I stayed in Legazpi city. The room was spacious and very clean. I will surely return for another stay. AAA+++.

Exceptional

Everything, the room was clean and spacious, wonderful view on Mayon Volcano. The staff was super nice. It's a garden in the city like they say 😉 There is a brewery downstairs that draft their own beers, it's perfect to chill.
