Perfect location to bike trails, downtown shops and the beach/water. Good restaurants near by. House had all necessities- would stay here again!

This is one of the places that feels like a home rather than something hosted by a rental management company. We were so comfortable here! The kitchen is one of the best-stocked I've seen....everything we needed. It's in the middle of a residential area, but not far from larger streets with businesses. We felt so relaxed here. In the mornings there were one or two rabbits lounging in the front yard (and/or next door, and across the street)! Host Mark communicated with us to make sure we were cool enough, as there was a heat wave - in the 90's - and we were fine (window air conditioners). We were in 3 cars, as we had all traveled from various places to Coeur d'Alene for a wedding - there was plenty of parking. Thank you Mark for a wonderful vrbo stay!

Place is clean, functional, manager was quick to reassure me about the AC being able to handle the heat wave (which it did very well). Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook most anything, washer and dryer with 4 free loads of soap, downstairs rec room with a big screen, 1/2 mile walk in a straight line to downtown, less then that to the lake and parks + hiking trails, on the road that is the bike trail that goes around the lake. 5 stars, do recommend. No need to shop around for another place to stay in Coeur d’Alene, will be back no doubt!

Everything this home had to offer was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more from a VRBO rental. This home is ran with care from people who truly want you to enjoy your stay.
Our family could bike ride and enjoy the area. So close, within a few minutes from the home. Downtown, parks, and swimming all very convenient.
We visited during a "heat wave" the house stayed nice and cool by running the front room AC and fan.
Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience!

We travel a lot and have stayed in several vacation rentals over the years and this is now at the top of our favorites list.
This home checked all the boxes. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked. Exceptionally clean. Hospitality plus.
We can’t thank the owners enough for sharing this beautiful home with us and look forward to coming back soon!

Cute, comfortable, clean and well appointed rental ... from quality paper products, ample kitchen supplies, good quality bedding and mattresses. There was a lovely fenced backyard with patio and chairs as well as grass for dogs and kids.
Overall a great experience for a first-time vrbo renter. Mark and Maria are wonderful and responsive hosts, quick to answer questions.

My spouse & I stayed there with friends. Definitely a great house for a family stay also with one room with double bed, 1 with queen & whole downstairs living area with separate bedroom with kind bed & its own bathroom. Laundry facilities inside was an added bonus! Loved our stay there!

This house was great! Especially for 2 separate small families with different sleeping schedules and a dog. Back yard was fenced and great for the dog to run. House was clean and the hosts were great and very responsive. Would come stay again if we come back to Coeur d’Alene!

This was a cute, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. We were all in awe. We had a great time and didn't want to leave so soon. We will definitely come back and stay again. Great communication with the owner. We couldn't have picked a better place for our stay.

We had a really fun stay for 4 days in this well renovated house in a great location near Sanders Beach and Downtown Coeur d' Alene. The house was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed. The backyard was setup comfortably to enjoy coffee in the morning. The host was very responsive to a question I had. Easy walks to the restaurants in a nice, quiet, tree lined neighborhood. Access to the Centennial trail is right out your front door, which we enjoyed with our bikes. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mark and Maria’s!
Really appreciated they’re a pet friendly home. The house is well maintained, clean, fully stocked of anything you may need or forgotten at home. Mark was great to deal with. Had a few questions and he answered them right away. He even emailed and said we were able to check in early.
Definitely would recommend staying here!

Our first visit to CDA was fabulous! We came with our friends and both of us had our dogs. Mark’s house couldn’t have been better for the pups to run around in the backyard.
The property was a perfect distance to town and to the water.
The neighborhood was darling with a lot of homes being redone.
Mark did a nice job with updating the house and sticking it with all the essentials.
The house was clean, of which I’m a critic!
One couple stayed downstairs with the private family room, and the other stayed upstairs with more living space.
The patio was perfect with the sitting area in the shade, and a big umbrella covering the dining area.
And, we had a couple of questions while we were there which Mark answered extremely quickly.
We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Mark was a very responsive host for our visit. The house was very well set up for our short stay. The backyard was a great space for spending time. The location is only a fifteen minute walk to the lake. The beds were comfortable and my kids would say the internet was very good.I would highly recommend this house for a CDA visit.

My husband and I travel to CDA every year to visit family and this year we wanted to spend the 4th of July holiday, watching the parade, followed by watching the fireworks at the lake. This house was perfect for doing all of that. The home was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable, both the indoor and outdoor space was perfect for us and our small dogs. We had such a wonderful time. We can’t wait until we can come back!! Thank you,Karla & Kevin

We had a very nice stay in Coeur d’Alene. The Sanders Beach house was very nice, well equipped, centrally located to the softball fields, and close to many nice restaurants.

Our stay here was wonderful! Everything we could have wanted or needed was provided. Our kids loved having the grassy area in the backyard to play and my husband and I very much enjoyed having a separate space where we could relax after they went to bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean! It was about a 15 minute walk downtown to restaurants, but was very doable for us and our 3 kids.

This house is in the cutest neighborhood walking distance to the beach close to everything that you need to get to the backyard was so peaceful. The neighbors were great parking was great. The house is great there’s everything we needed. I love the fact that there is TVs in all the rooms and there’s plenty of sleeping and plenty of space to get away from each other as a large family staying there.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The home is very clean and has thoughtful details throughout like high end pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, soft sheets, etc. Great fenced yard. Perfect location. We loved the downstairs living room for movies. Would recommend 10/10!
