A lovely 2-story maisonette in a quiet area of the Kapparis main road, featuring a car park and its own private yard. A perfect place for groups of up to 6 people that are seeking relaxation and quiet. The property is located within a short walking distance of a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Additionally, within close proximity, you can find a number of beautiful sandy beaches and within a few minutes drive, you can find yourself in Ayia Napa or at the center of Protaras.

On the top floor of the property, you will find 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, the master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe and a small sofa next to a large window that will let the sun come through and fill your batteries with energy and Vitamin D. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. Also on the upper floor, you will find the main bathroom which features a shower, toilet, and sink.

On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the kitchen, and a toilet. The living room has 2 modern style sofa beds (that can comfortably accommodate 2 extra people) and a TV with a few paintings that travel you to the Greek Islands. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything from a full-sized stove to tableware, utensils, and a coffee maker.
