Breathtaking views
Excellent air conditioning
Cleaning: nobody cleaned under the beds. Cushions at the kitchen had stains
Lack of maintenance: really awkward drawers, dirty windows, some doors didn't open and close easily and the outside door lock was really hard
No Reception: the check in was until21:00 but they said that they couldn't come to show the house later than 20:00. We told them that we would get to the property at 20:30 ,but they left the keys and called but nobody went.
Stairs: there are MORE than 60.
Small tables: no tables for 8 people
The lock was really hard and the key broke in it. They accused us to have broken it, when they knew it wasn't working properly. What's more, when they put the new lock, opening this new one, was a biiig difference, because the new one was working properly. Finally they didn't charge us, but they made us feel as if we were lying, when it was a matter of an old lock. Very unpleasant.
Swimming pool: the second day the engine stopped cleaning, so the swimming pool got full of mosquitos an earth that the wind carried, We called and even though the boy (Andrea) came he didn't tell us anything. When we saw that the water was getting dirtier, we wrote to him and he answered us in italian (we speak spanish, and we couldn't understand it properly) and in spite of telling him that we couldn't understand the message, he didn't explain it in Spanish (and he could speak it). Couldn't use it.
Lack of maintenance for which you can be acused!

A thoroughly relaxing and beautiful place that's in need of a little bit of off-season repair. The property is set high up in a peaceful and well-maintained enclosure. From parking the car, there is good few steps up to the chalet and it's fantastic position overlooking the most spectacular sea and mountain views. Well set, with good privacy over 4 terraces, it has good facilities and easy access to many good restaurants and beaches etc. Overall a lovely place, less than half an hour from Olbia and well worth a stay. Also very helpful was the friendly and professional contact we received from the property managers Cristian and Cristina

Whilst the location and views were stunning. The villa was disappointing. There was no Wi-fi, limited electricity, towels dirty, advertised games were either non existent or many broken, pool was dirty and cleaned/ filter fixed the day before we left.

We stayed with six people in the villa and had a wonderful time. The house is nicely seated in a gated area on top of a hill offering an awesome view over Porto Rotondo, the ocean, the close by hills and the green surroundings.
It is located very well for trips around the Costa Smeralda and northern Sardinia.
Having a rental car was a necessary investment, because the house is placed in a calm area right out of Porto Rotondo. It is 20 minutes from the airport of Olbia, 5-10 minutes to different shopping facilities and 3 minutes to wonderful beaches with the car. From the parking space there are some stairs to be taken to reach the house itself.
We arrived at the end of April and had very nice weather, good water temperature and shared most destinations with mostly locals and only a few other tourists.
The house offers room for 8 people with 3 double beds (of which one has a separate entrance and an own bathroom) and one bunk bed for two people.
The managers of the house looked after us very well. They have been very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and even guided our way from the airport after our arrival late at night.
I would book the villa again. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Villa Vista was everything and more than we expected for our 2016 family holiday. A beautifully decorated, rustic villa with the most AMAZING view day and night! The facilities were excellent, everything worked and the owners hospitality was much appreciated. The shared pool had a dedicated lifeguard which we were very impressed with. Having a car is a must if you want to explore the local towns to eat out in the evenings and beaches for fun in the day, but equally a night in with a glass of wine and good friends was just as pleasant in such a beautiful location. We will be back one day for sure.

Location is great. Few minutes to beach. Shopping is nearby. Very calm and friendly surroundings.
Property was well maintained, however is was a bit dusty on our arrival.
Cristina was a great support on all matters. Customer service, I would rate a highest level. I would definitely recommend this property and looking forward myself for next year vacation to visit this place again.

We spent a lovely holiday at Vista Villa founding a really impressive sea view, everything was as illustrated and described. The house is just beautiful, very well equipped and offers a fantastic view on the Costa Smeralda and Porto Rotondo. We enjoyed to have sunsets from the upper terrace and great dinners in the middle of this unique rocks. From the living you have a breathtaking view while relaxing on the sofas. Also the rooms are very nice and comfortable. We really appreciate the friendly welcome of the owner and the assistance provide by the local staff . A lovely place to stay. Villa vista is situated high above the bay of Porto Rotondo giving wonderful views across the vast vista and the best view possible of the extensive colorful sunsets. The staircase to reach is long and quite tiring but worth the hassle, definitely. The villa is well laid out over 3 levels with plenty of room for relaxing. Outside the 4 terraces give areas for sun lovers and plenty of shaded areas for chilling. The owner were very good, we arrived on a late flight on a saturday and they arranged for some supplies ( including milk and tea bags) for our arrival, the main pool does not open until 1st July but they arranged for use to be able to use a pool at another resort at no extra cost. The villa has had some upgrade work with the ensuite being newly tiled, new shower and vanity unit install main bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans for every dish you would imagine although small. The location is perfect for exploring the Costa Smeralda only 5 minutes drive to the center of the charming porto Rotondo and 10 min from the beaches of Marinella and only 20 min from the center of Olbia.

The house is very nice and comfortable, well-equipped, the landscape is fantastic, the sea is very close and very pleasant. The owners are very friendly: they gave us very useful tips on restaurants, shops and places to go. These suggestions have been very valuable. We can say that we have had a very good holiday period: we hope to come back again.

Villa vista has obviously a beautiful view of costa smeralda and overall the whole family had a wonderful time in sardinia. There are lots of good restaurants nearby Roberto was kind enough to recommend us the best ones, the agriturismi were amazing! He also provided us with internet and was checking up if everything was fine. All in all, Roberto did an excellent job as a host, the property was like in the pictures and it's definitely recommended!

The property is accurately described (but you need to see the breath taking view yourself, because words cannot describe it). The property is beautifully kept and you will want for nothing. Well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with tv and Internet. The master bedroom is huge with en-suite and a huge terrace to step out on. The owners were staying nearby and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay special. The communal pool and gardens are well kept and there was a lifeguard on duty. Excellent restaurant nearby and good bus service to nearby towns.
