This 6-bedroom beachfront villa sits on over 100 feet of sandy beach and iron shore with convenient backyard snorkeling and breathtaking sunrise views. A newly installed private dock + hammock cabana provide gentle water entry or simply lounging above the waves.
The main villa can sleep 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms, three of which are oceanfront. The 1-bedroom guest house sleeps an additional 2 adults, plus 2 small children on a sleeper sofa.
The gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar seating for four. The formal dining area provides seating for 10. The screened dining balcony seats 12 for meals with sweeping ocean views. Hire a chef for a night of gourmet dining or start your day with brunch service on the dining balcony.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that is largely seasonal in summer months. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

Well, the villa was nice enough, and very spacious, the property management team was absolutely atrocious. The owner of this villa: I would strongly suggest finding a new property management company. We will not go back to this villa because of the way the property management team handled a lot of issues we dealt with at the property. A lot of things were broken/didn’t work. For starters, our back door didn’t lock the entire time we were there. I immediately reached out to the property manager and she didn’t believe us that it was broken. She kept saying she would have someone come over and show us how to lock it. Then once we finally connected, she lied and said that someone had gone over there to meet us but that we weren’t there. Don’t you think they would call first to find out if we were there? Don’t you think they would actually check to see if the lock was broken if they actually sent one out? They didn’t. And finally—5 days later, when we were almost ready to leave—they sent someone out and it was actually broken. But to make matters worse, they sent an man over at 10:30 at night without even notifying us that he was coming. I was staying with a group of 10 women in the home, and it was very uncomfortable.
Another issue was housekeeping. I ordered housekeeping to come and clean the house twice during the week we were there. No one cleaned it once. I have so much more to say about how bad the management team was, but don’t have enough space to write it here.
