Our stay was very peaceful. The property was also beautiful. It felt like our own little oasis. There were 6 adults and 7 kids and there was more than enough room and also more than enough to do.

Quite, get away with family, plus deep swimming hole, with the clearest water you'll ever swim in. House had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the porch and river right there. Kids swam and fished. Plenty of room for all of us. Close enough to Gatlinburg and the Smokey’s. Loved at night we gathered around the fire pit .

Ten minute drive to Gatlinburg, fifteen minute drive to Pigeon Forge. Numerous things to do at both. Several other adventures that appealed to the younger ones. The river being two steps off the back porch was a huge plus for me, had my morning coffee out there every morning. The huge empty lot next to cabin was a great place for the youngest to play games, and with supervision swam in the river. So many positives, was very pleased with it all especially dealing with Jason. He was most helpful and respectful, i could not have asked for more!

We stayed for 5 nights in March. The fishermen loved fishing in the stream beside the house and others around the area. The rest of the group enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area. The dog loved the large outdoor space.

Very nice property. Right on the river but there is an RV park directly across the river . May be less noticeable when the trees leaf out. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It says 18 which my be ok if most are kids.

We loved the location right beside the creek/ river. Convenient drive to Gatlinburg but out of the hustle and bustle. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch.

The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the seclusion and the river. The overall property was large and everyone had their own space. It was very nice inside.

My parents are 80 and they wanted a place they could invite the children and grandkids with a place that would be easy for them to get around( for my parents needs all they needed one level) it has two levels children and grands upstairs and sit next to the river so they could see and hear the sound of the river flowing. it was perfect. It was also to it's self, yet near others at just a comfortable space.

The cabin was very rustic and there was some mold in bathrooms, but overall all was functional. We were a bit surprised it was lovated in the middle of a campground, but that did not end up being any problem. The property was absolutely gorgeous and the creek made the trip! The kids and husbands played, fished, and explored for days! Hosts/owners were so friendly and helpful-so nice!

Perfect location and cabin layout for a few families to stay for a volleyball tournament!

The location of the property could not have been better. The creek side was magical and the proximity to town was perfect.
The cabin was certainly rustic but overall clean and lots of room. Some of the interior was a little more rustic than I expected but as that's me just being picky. I have book marked this place and hope to return.
