Overall we enjoyed our week stay here. The house is older, tiled throughout - but updated in some important areas like the bathrooms and kitchen. The interior of the house was clean and the washer/dryer was great to have.
The kitchen is very nice, but very minimally stocked and missing many necessities. If we had known this, we might have chosen another property because it was hard to make a nice dinner for six people, much less 2-3 meals a day. If you are eating out every night, it might be fine.
The pool is stunning, however the exterior of the home has some maintenance issues with both the pool and grounds.
I had a frank email interaction with the owner about the set expectations and he said that he was going to fly down and address them after we left. He did what he could to make it right while we were there and communicated with me.
Lots of positives - great beachside location, clean inside, provided beach accessories, shower gel/shampoo, TVs in every room, main AC plus mini splits worked great and kept the place cool.
I am trying hard to keep this positive as I think that the property can easily be five star - unfortunately, I feel that it wasn't five star while we were there. For the price and unnecessary difficulty with making basic meals every day - it was very frustrating. If more effort is paid to the house "necessities" and external/yard maintenance, then it should be a five star experience for you.

We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again. The amenities and location were as described (close to the beach, restaurants and 20 mins from the ft Lauderdale airport). The interior and exterior were clean. The pool and spa came in handy after spending a day at the beach. All tv’s worked perfect and were not outdated. Wifi worked great. Our oldest was able to play his xbox without any issues. The mini split ac units and central ac worked so well we had to turn it up. The queen bedroom could use a ceiling fan but the floor standing fans worked just fine. The cushioned kitchen mat is a tripping hazard but we just removed it during our stay and replaced it before leaving. The shower door in the king master bedroom doesn’t shut all the way but it’s a minor thing. We look forward to coming back to ft Lauderdale and wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this vrbo again.

We stayed here with our family of 7 - 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The home was clean and cozy and exactly what we had hoped it would be! The beds were very comfortable! We were also grateful for the nice washer and dryer available to us. The backyard was dreamy! The trees and landscaping create privacy, and with the pool, the covered seating and the sun tanning chairs, it was perfect. We appreciated the beach wagon, towels, chairs and umbrella. The beach is minutes away with a lovely walk through the charming town. We were at a point in our vacation that we wanted to avoid eating out. We enjoyed the grill outside, but it is something to note that the kitchen does not have much by way of cooking. There is a blender, a coffee maker, cutting boards, a few mixing bowls, 2 pots, a small frying pan, round baking pans, silverware/knives, and a few spices. I've stayed in VRBO's with Instapots, slow cookers, spices, 9x13in baking pans, measuring cups, etc. So it is nice to know what to expect coming in and plan your menu accordingly. The grocery store is also within walking distance. We didn't have a car, so the beach wagon came in handy on multiple occasions :)

This place was a last minute find and it was exactly what my family and I hoped for. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is private and well maintained.

Neighborhood is great and pictures look just like the house. Owners were great to deal with and there anytime we needed something. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. House was clean and comfortable. My family loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This Tropical Oasis near the beach for Spring Break was everything we wanted plus more! It was perfect for me and my two boys (11 & 15yrs). What else can I say that hasn't already been said? The house was clean, and everything brand new. We had everything we could possibly need. If you prefer filtered water you may want to buy a few gallons, that is the only thing you won’t find in this house, I promise. The beds were so soft, which to be honest made it difficult getting the teenager up in the morning ;-) Direct access to the bathrooms from each room and we LOVED the rainfall shower heads! The first thing the kids did was grab the robes out of my closet and run away with them laughing because they were calling dibs. Nice touch with providing the robes, we loved that. The house screams comfort! The Sunroom has an extra deep couch with a beautiful view of the private back yard. The Living Room couch has a pullout to deepen the seating area or convert to an extra bed, provided with throw blankets which was perfect for movie night. The large private backyard was our slice of heaven. The pool is 3ft – 5ft deep, the huge spa was really warmed up for us at 100 degrees, completely private and you don’t even realize you have neighbors. A Gazebo with dining area, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, a separate covered seating area which included an outdoor tv. I loved the French doors that open from the Master Bedroom to the backyard. We had a little bit of rain at night and had some cute frogs come out to visit us, we saw an Iguana and a ton of Geckos which added to the tropical vibe we were looking for. The wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels were all super convenient to have on our short easy walk to the beach, which we made multiple trips. We loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when we returned. Lastly the instructions, tips and communication were clear and timely, but most importantly management really made us feel like we were truly welcomed, and they wanted us to enjoy our time here. There are so many more little but thoughtful details to mention but overall, you will not be disappointed booking this house. They are clearly experienced and caring professionals and I look forward to booking more homes with Posh Vacation Rentals.

Our adult family of 6 stayed at this posh oasis over spring break. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was honestly one of the best vacation rentals where we've stayed over the years.
Overall, it was extremely clean, updated and beautiful.
The kitchen was stocked for all of our needs even though we don't generally cook meals on vacation. We did, however, use the brand new BBQ to grill fresh fish for lunch and it was awesome!
There were plenty of towels (even beach towels) and linens for our crew. The beds and pillows were top end and sooooooo comfortable! Definitely a high priority from our perspective and this property did not disappoint us!
Our very favorite part of the rental was the gorgeous, private and peaceful backyard oasis which included a heated pool and hot tub. There were numerous lounge chairs and a table for eating (and even an outside television). This was the perfect place for lounging in the sunshine, enjoying morning coffee or sipping cocktails for happy hour. It was so pretty and well-maintained.
The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within a very short walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and bars. We didn't spend too much time on the beach though given that our backyard was such an oasis!
Finally, the owner and mgmt team are customer driven and quick to respond to our needs. They were a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental and Posh Vacation Rentals. We will be back!

I have stayed a lot of places in the Fort Lauderdale area and this one checks every box.
Not only was it extremely clean and immaculate, but it also had everything it needed. The location was SUPERB!! I repeat, you CANNOT be in a better place than this area for convenience... this is the place to be. The POOL WAS PERFECTION! The yard was immaculate, and they had everything we needed.
What I love that people don't realize all of the time....
-- extra towels (PLENTY!! BEACH AND REGULAR)
-- laundry room and left over detergent, which I bought more because I used theirs and left it there for the next! (be that person, people!!) They EVEN HAD LAUNDRY BASKETS!!
-- dishware (although, I have kids, so I would suggest buying your own paper plates), and OMG, PLASTIC WINE GLASSES!!! amazing touch.
-- shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, which I personally didn't use, but it's SO nice to have if you forget!!
-- ALL of the TV changers and remotes labeled per room, this is just icing on the cake. If you have kids, YOU KNOW THE STRUGGLE!!!
-- HEATED POOL, and what I LOVED is that there was no extra cost for this. I hate when people feel the need to keep on tacking on costs. I love no hidden costs, and I appreciate the owners as well.
-- A BEACH CART!!! and they did have chairs, although my dad lives down there and I used my own. They did have beach toys also, I did have my own, but it's so nice to not have to buy.
-- They did have pool floats, we didn't use them, but they were there.
-- AN OUTDOOR SHOWER!!! (so convenient coming from the beach)
-- Pool person who cleans pool 2x per week!
-- Easy to open door/key fab getting in and out of house.
-- THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS I EVER DID HAVE. no joke. I know this differs by preference, and I love pillow top mattresses, but they were SUPER comfortable!!!
-- The furniture was WELL THOUGHT OUT and VERY VERY CLEAN.
-- Fridge was huge and there was an ice machine, which is so helpful.
There is probably so much more, but last but not least, the HOSTS WERE AMAZING. GREAT COMMUNICATION, and VERY ACCOMODATING. Unfortunately, we had our flight cancelled due to mechanical issues (before we left the house, thankfully) and we were VERY lucky that the house was open the next 2 days, but they extended the stay no questions asked! People don't always get so lucky, but we were grateful!
Unfortunately, we just discovered POSH RENTALS, so we did not book our April trip with them, but we will be in future!
