About this house rental

This property has is a very nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Mill home located very close to Downtown Kannapolis, with parks, shops, restaurants, theaters and a minor league baseball stadium with in walking distance. The home offers several outdoor living areas including front porch, back deck and gazebo. The inside has recently been updated and has all the appliances and furnishings you need to call it home!

good. It is an older home that has been renovated. It had some little quirks like doors not staying closed. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, which was nice. I would suggest blinds on the back door for privacy, The bathroom window could use some kind of privacy window cling. The blinds do not fit against the window and can be seen around. Window clings would be a cheap and easy fix. There are TVs hime that has been renovated.

The property owner was very accommodating to my need to check in a little early and for a later departure. The house was equipped with all the essentials to make our stay enjoyable for the weekend. The only thing I would suggest is to mow prior to the check in date and to give the floors a deep cleaning. Overall the house was clean visibly.
