The room was clean, the AC worked perfectl (i was so happy about this), the breakfast was alright and had a super nice view to the river!
The bus stop was kind of far away, but they’re making a new one right next to the hotel so that’s going to be good:)

The room was good, but during the very hot weather it was slightly to warm, and the sleep was affected by that. The morning sun hit the windows straight on. Had it been cooler outside it would have been an asset. There were no cooling system. The breakfast was really good, and the nearby guarded parking place was a big plus.

It's almost a perfect place with a fantastic location, nice room with a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a car parking area with a reasonable price.
I didn't experience anything negative in my stay.

The view over the river Moselle is fantastic!! The price is very good also.

The location is simply amazing. The windows opened to the river, this is why I choose this hotel. Also good value for money.
There was a little bit cold when I opened the room, but it was quickly warming up.

The hotel was easy to drive to and very easy parking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with a view over the river. I liked the price of the room. I had an easy walk to the old town area where I attended one of the best rated Christmas Markets in Europe. The staff was very helpful upon check in. The young man of Bosnian/American descent was very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciate that as I had never been to Trier before. He helped show me where to park the car and then pointed me in the right direction to get to the amazing Christmas Market. Everything went very well here, and I was happy with my stay. I will for sure stay here again if I come back some day. I mean... when I come back some day!!
I have zero complaints or anything I did not like. I was 100% pleased. Everything went according to plan. I was a happy client.

Very clean and updated room. Breakfast and breakfast view was nice. Front desk check in was easy and staff during check in was very polite.
I had reserved a room with river view and was supposedly upgraded to a room with a street view. Also, very noisy from the traffic and a group of people arguing outside our window.

Mattress was too hard.

Very good breakfast, but tables in the dining room were not comfortable.
the entrance hall and rooms felt not cosy, the rooms were basic , the price of the rooms was not conform the expected quality, and however it was the Christmas period there were no Christmas decorations in the hotel. Very Pitty

Good location, around a 20 min walk into the centre of Trier. Check in and parking was easy, the room was large, clean and comfortable. Wifi was good and staff were helpful.

Newly renovated
Nicely designed
Good distance from town
No lift, which isn't great if you have big bags.

The breakfasts were good and continuously stocked up, with the morning sun streaming through the windows and a nice view of the Roman Bridge. It was possible to sit on the balcony. The hotel location was OK with a 25 minute walk over the bridge to the town centre. Big Kaufland supermarket nearby. Our room overlooked the river and the bridge.
The room was a bit small. According to the floor plan, it was the smallest on the floor.
Constant traffic noise through the night from the bridge and the other side of the river.
The walls were thin but fortunately the neighbours weren't overly loud.
The room was advertised as having air conditioning but it didn't.
No room safe.
No vending machine in the hotel.
The drain in the wash basin was almost totally blocked and the shower head holder was broken but useable – why didn't the cleaning staff report these? In the morning we reported the blocked drain to reception and by the afternoon it had been cleared.
