Túlzsúfolt, de rövid pihenésre megfelelő (ha nem akar ott étkezni az ember).

A medence, a sup bérlési lehetőség és a szabadstrand közelsége.

A reggeli katasztrofális, egy pici reggelizőhelyiségben van, ami folyamatosan túlzsúfolt, és ha valaki nem reggel 8-ra érkezik, akkor mindent lepusztítanak, és a feltöltés nagyon nehézkes. Volt hogy egyszerre nem volt: tányér, csésze, üdítő, bundás kenyér (közölték, hogy az már nem is lesz), rántotta, péksüti...csatolok pillanatképet a reggelizőpultról....

Dla niewymagających obiekt OK na krótki pobyt.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko jeziora, obsługa mówiąca po angielsku, przystępna cena, sporych rozmiarów pokój. Ładna duża łazienka ze sporym prysznicem.

Czystość pokoju średnia, brak firanek, rolet czegokolwiek w oknach, brak czajnika, śniadanie słabej jakości - najtańsze produkty, czerstwy chleb, po 9 już większość rzeczy była zjedzona - nie dokładano nowych. Styl umeblowania pokoju niepraktyczny.

Na miejscu pobierana jest opłata klimatyczna w wysokości ok 4% kwoty pobytu, na Węgrzech tak jest.

Świeże bułeczki, Automat z zimnym sokiem dobrej jakości (trzech smaki). Owoce, tarta, babeczki z budyniem. Oczywiście zimna płyta, parówki, jajecznica. Sporo rodzaj płatków do mleka i musli. Ekspres do kawy. Obsługa życzliwa, mili wszyscy. Można przyjechać z dziećmi, plac zabaw w ogrodzie. Basen zewnętrzny z dużą ilością leżaków. Parking w obiekcie jest płatny. Można zaparkować za bramą przy ulicy bezpłatnie (byliśmy we wrześniu poza sezonem także miejsc parkingowych wystarczyło). Mile wspominam.

- schönes modern eingerichtetes geräumiges Zimmer - alles sehr sauber - freundliches Personal - sehr gute Lage, nur 5min bis zum See

- es hat lange gedauert bis das Frühstücksbuffet wieder aufgefüllt wurde

Nice room size

Water worked poorly, there was all the time problem with electricity, AC can be managed only from reception, in 3 nights I never saw cleaning lady, overpriced hotel for what you get!

Very good

Nice and modern hotel almost by the beach within walking distance to the center. The pool is a bonus. The room is clean. There was no problem with anything. Very helpful staff, you can buy small snacks at the reception. Breakfast was sufficient. I can definitely recommend it.

The dining room is not very big and at breakfast time there may be a problem with space.

A nice stay on Balaton Lake

The hotel is close to the lake, in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is continental with a good choise of products. Our stay was nice, we liked it.

Good location, close to the lake, helpful staff,

It wasn’t very clean, couldn’t control the air conditioning from the room, there were holes in the room ceiling plus some of the electrical sockets didn’t work.

Too much money for the services received! Not recomand !

The location

Breakfast, dinner was very poor (without bread, hot chocolat options). Seif too small and without battery for operation. AC was controlling by the reception and they set it to 24 or off..🙈. The room hasn’t been clean everyday. Wifi was very poor in the room.

value for money is waaaay off

The location is good, It is close to all relevant facilities for children. First beach is 50m far away, some restaurants also close on walking distance.

1. during check out the receptionist wanted to charge us for parking (6E/day) and for additional stay tax, although the booking was saying free parking and there was no mentioning of tax (They said it was a booking mistake). Plus during our discussion on this there were constantly two other people (lady and a guy) with whom the receptionist was talking in the meantime in Hungarian and laughing. I found this annoying an unprofessional. 2. if you run a hotel with (in my estimate) 80% of families with small kids, then you don't want bachelor parties inside. We were at the ground floor and (among constant screaming and drinking) "the boys" started to throw furniture from the balcony at some point. When we told this to receptionist, she said she knows but not sure what to do about it... 3. pool was filthy. when we told this to reception she said it was cleaned every day. It was not. 4. they don't clean rooms during stay, not even towels change. 5. some of room facilities are not functioning (e.g. shower is leaking, water temperature variates, AC is controlled by reception, doors are hard to close without slamming it). Plus the rooms doors are located directly at the kitchen site and main hallway so it's constantly noisy.

Charged 2000huf parking per night We were unable to control AC during night. They lock it close before 22.00 before they leave reception!!!!!!!! Breakfast somehow there was always something missing. Milk, juice, juice. Maybe we were just at the wrong time but i had a feeling they coul do a littlw more and it would mean a lot for customers.

- good breakfast - polite staff

- failure of a system in the room that was known about but was chosen not to be communicated to me until I was already there and noticed it. Without any solution from them. There was only one guy at the reception and it wasn't his fault. He apologized and that was it. I could choose other options for the same money. - the doors to the rooms are not insulated, you can hear everyone in the hall from 7 in the morning. You have to wake up.

Fair price-quality level

The room and the location have a correct price-quality level. The terrace had a lovely view.

Breakfast can be improved. It is acceptable, but there are just a few choices and the taste is not great.

Good

Staff was very nice especially the receptionist, the room was clean. The bed and pillows were on the soft side which for me was ok. The bathroom was spacious and nice.

The walls of the rooms were very thin (we could hear the couple in the other room talking) also there was a door connecting the two rooms on the opposite of our bed 😬 the breakfast was in the open hallway and in the morning you could not "sleep in" because of the noise (we were there outside of the tourist time, in may and there were not a lot of people) i do not want to imagine the volume while the hotel is full. We ended up leaving a day earlier because our plans have changed and we knew we would not get a good night's sleep for the working week.

To many windows - 2 whole walls were windows. No curtains, so it was very bright the whole night.
