Ogółem wróciłabym tu ponownie .

Świetna lokalizacja. Personel służy pomocą w każdej chwili . Czysto i przestrzennie .

Skvělý hotel v blízkosti 02 Areny, výborná restaurace

Hotel Carol jsme volili vzhledem blízkosti O2 Areny, kde probíhala "naše" soutěž. Ve stejný termín probíhal i koncert André Rieu, což znamenalo nejpíše vyšší cenu a mnoho obsazených hotelů v okolí i přes rezervaci cca 2 měsíce předem. Dostupnost 02 Areny, metra, tramvaje - vše do 5 minut chůzí. Příjemné prostředí hotelu, lobby i restaurace. V restauraci velmi dobré jídlo. Snídaně formou švédských stolů - dostatečný výběr. Kvituji prostor malé terasy u lobby baru, kde byl úžasný klid (malý syn se tam krásně prospal v kočáru) a díky dekoraci si člověk připadal jak někde v středomořském letovisku. Pokoj prostorný, hezky a účelně zařízený. Všude krásně čisto. Na pokoji velká skříň, stůl s veškerým vybavením (káva, čaj, kávovar, příjemný bonus i rychlovarná konvice), funkční lednička. Lednička mě příjemně překvapila, protože v noci nebyla absolutně slyšet, přestože byla asi 0,5 metru od mé hlavy (a že jsem na klid v noci citlivější). Největší benefit však pro mě byl personál - od recepčních, přes paní Šárku, servírky v restauraci - všichni byli velice milí a ochotní. Starali se o nás, jako kdybychom byli VIP hosté, přestože hotel byl plný dalších hostů. Nic nebylo problém domluvit, chybějící dětskou postýlku vyřešili obratem. Takovou vstřícnost jsem dlouho nezažil a díky tomu byl pobyt naprosto úžasný.

Jediná maličkost - na našem pokoji u jednoho okna chyběly vnitřní žaluzie (u ostatních byly; zřejmě někdo z předchozích hostů rozbil), které by pokoj zcela zatemnily (závěsy byly, ale nezatemňují zcela). Ale to není zásadní, v hodně hotelech není plné zatemnění.

Jediná pozitivní věc v celém hotelu, je jeho lokalita.

V celém hotelu nebyl nikdo, kdo by hovořil česky. Nebylo možné se domluvit na ničem ani anglicky, protože ani tento jazyk personál v podstatě neovládal. Poměr ceny a velikost pokoje (včetně vybavení) je naprosto neodpovídající. Personál byl velice neochotný. Snídaně byla velice omezená, malý výběr.

Podsumowując pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie.

pobyt z trzema noclegami. Wybór na śniadanie dobry. Wędlina, sery, warzywa, owoce, pieczywo, tosty. Herbata, soki. Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. W pokoju czajnik, herbaty, expres do kawy. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, blisko ok 600m do stacja metra Ceskomoravska. Przystanki tramwajowe także blisko. W pobliżu kilka restauracji , barów, pizzeria. Restauracja Jerusalem w hotelu oferuje bardzo dobre dania.

Parking. Parkowanie na miejscu przy wewnętrznych drzwiach ryzykowne okazało się niestety.

Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Pragi

Hotel ma ładne lobby i restaurację, śniadania były naprawdę smaczne i dość różnorodne, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Duży plus za prywatny parking, który jest jednak dość drogi. Pokoje niewielkie, ale czyste, wyposażone w lodówkę, sejf i telewizor. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta dzięki bliskości stacji metra.

Pokoje są czyste, ale wymagałyby odświeżenia. Pomijając drobiazgi takie jak zabrudzone ściany, były też większe niedociągnięcia jak obdrapane meble czy luźna bateria w łazience. Ogólnie pokój jest schludny, ale dość wysłużony.

Great place to stay

I loved this place, the decor of the reception area and the dinning area was exceptional. The rooms were always clean and the cleaners were always the friendliest. It’s not your mod cons hotel but it’s brilliant and the area is quiet if you prefer to venture into the craziness. Ceskomoravska station is a 5 min walk.

Only things that stopped this from being a 10 is the lack of a room kettle (coffee in reception area) also the breakfast is a little basic. Your frankfurters and eggs with beans, few cereals and yoghurts. Other than that I loved my experience here

Being a repeat guest, I say it is a good place to stay.

Reception staff was kind enough to allow early check-in at no extra charge. A good breakfast spread which included some hot cooked food items. Staff were kind enough to warm up some cold milk for me. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was good. A 6-min walk to Ceskomoravska metro station that brings you to city centre. Adjacent to Harfa Galleria Mall with many shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Easy access from airport by bus and metro.

No major issues. Suggest to have a microwave oven in the Breakfast Room so that guests can warm up food themselves.

great stay near o2 arena/praha-liben

very nice staff. breakfast was nice too. dog friendly. we even got a free upgrade. this is probably the best place you can stay if you want to be at walking distance from o2 arena.

nothing, it's all good. if you travel by train, use the praha-liben station -- don't do like us and get off/on at the main station! :/

Amazing value for money, this place is a real gem.

Awesome breakfast, nice little balcony. I really liked the nook downstairs with a whole library of books to read and board games to borrow.

Located a little outside the city, but several trams serve the area and only take about 15 minutes. Well worth it.

I would like to thank Daníl at the reception for his professionalism and helpfulness.

Excellent location, it has a metro stop, yellow line, a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is great for a short stay.

The breakfast was good, oriented more towards the savory than the sweets. There were no croissants. The air conditioning in the room was noisy.

Everything was more than good, it was great! Great people, great breakfast, great place and great price! Definitely if I come back to Praha I know where to stay. Thanks all!!

Everything was good! Nothing bad, the only "bad" thing was in our first day it was super hot and there is no air conditioning, but there was a small fan that helped us, then the days were cooler and it was great.

Good value for money, would recomend for families!

Nice hotel a bit outside from city center. Superfriendly staff, good value for money.

Parking is a quite narrow, it was very challanging to get in and out with our Volvo XC90. But we succeeded :)

Good sized clean budget rooms. Comfy beds and good showers.

I thought it was value for money. Shower pressure was great. The location was Perfect for me. Walking distance to indoor shopping Centre and the O2. Staff were helpful when I realised I’d left my adapter behind.

I would have liked a few more amenities such as tea and coffee in the room or bottled water.

Quite clean but the towels a bit worn. Friendly staff.

It's not even close to 4 stars! Very bad breakfast: scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, bacon, half sausages, on the first day the butter was in a 250g package, from which everyone cut as much as they could; no vegetables, only a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, and separately a few slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. The hummus was very bitter; Acceptable coffee. Poor furniture like in communist hotels. Everything very ordinary, only on the ground floor something more special, a wall with photos.
